I get connected to the same receptionist every time I call, she is rude. I haven’t had a positive experience since I’ve been a patient. Have had quite an issue with getting a referral, they can’t seem to send it correctly to the facility if they even send it at all. Instead of helping me figure it out they keep telling me to call my insurance or the place I was referred but it always comes back to them needing to fix something. On top of all this I can’t seem to ever get them on the phone.

Although the person making appointments was very friendly, they would only let me set-up a virtual visit due to having a cough (as just one of my symptoms). I realize there are precautions about covid, but I did not have covid (previously tested negative). So I was able to go to a Scripps clinic instead and get an appointment without any issues, get treated, and out the door promptly. Disappointed that Sharp is taking the hardline approach.

I always get the best care here. The doctors and nurse practitioners always put in my medicine, labs, and referrals in the same day. They care about you here. Best primary care I’ve ever had.
