One star for the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Very dissatisfied with staff in charge of returning phone calls in order to reach anyone.
Mostly, my calls go unanswered or are forwarded to a "Call Center" that cannot answer any of your health concerns. I finally had to go to the office in person, where a very rude and uncaring front desk person, "Jackie" admitted being "short-staffed." She had the most uncaring attitude and could have cared less about my needs. She simply shrugged her shoulders in response to my urgent medical concern. She bluntly refused to to help me saying my doctor was not in and there was nothing to be done! I asked for the supervising nurse, office manager anyone to help me, but this person quickly dismissed me saying they were "out to lunch until 2:00 pm." I waited until 2:15 when finally another staff came out to help me after I literally begged her to please help me so I could get my pain medication.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE front desk/reception staff!!!!!

This is a terrible medical group. But, for most of the better insurance HMO’s it’s all you can get. There’s zero consideration for the patients they serve. There is zero continuity of care. Even if you’ve been seeing a doctor or Specialist for years they consistently send you to some random Doctor or facility with a 2 star rating. Even if you’ve been seeing a specific Doctor for years who has been keeping you healthy, they refer you to whoever they feel like. I have had to fight with them to try to see the doctors that have cared for me for years that they previously approved. They take forever to get you a referral and then don’t even send you to the Specialist that they sent you to before. They should ce called “Crime Care of Corona” if I could give no stars I would.
