Do not buy Dillards kids shoes here! I bought 2 pair of boys brown polo shoes on 8/9 and last week (worn the shoes 3 times at school) the loop on the heel snapped. I called and spoke with a manager and explained everything and she told me to cone up to the store. I get to the store with the shoes and another manager comes out and looks at the shoes and tell me they look heavily worn. The shoe was not heavily worn as it was just purchased 8/9 and well duh our intentions were to wear them. The manager would not allow a replacement for the defect and tell me to call the manufacturer and didn't have their number to even offer to help. He provided corporate number. Don't waste your money here bc if there is a defect and the shoe is worn they will not honor their 30 day return policy. Manager's name was Joseph and from the looks of other reviews, it's evident he does not have good management skills.

The Dillard’s of Perfume department, they made us too disappointed. We bought 2 Gucci Perfumes almost $400 on the next day of 2025 Valentine’s day. However they tried to scam us by giving the second perfume without a plastic seal inside the cover box so that we couldn’t see it if it’s open or not. After we arrived home, when we checked the perfumes, we found that one box is too light so we opened it and we found out it didn’t have plastic seal and it feels it’s not full. Since the perfume bottle isn’t transparent we couldn’t see the level but it’s not full(for sure it’s only half). We were disappointed and just returned both of them. For the future, we’ll never ever go to the Dillard’s again. We don’t want to spend our money on scammers!!!!

I have had the worst, and most disappointing experience ever at this location. I have stepped into the location to return a sweater which I have bought. The reason for the return was simply because I needed a size change. The sweater was in good condition.

When I approached the checkout desk, there was a Manager for the Woman’s Department upstairs to assist me however she was very disrespectful; and rude. I have explained in the most basic way that I need a size change however she said if you don’t find the size that’s right for you at the store currently then I can’t return it, nor exchange it, nor order one for you (online) nor give me the money back. Also, I have came and returned it before 30 days ends.

She has definitely violated the Dillard’s Policy Code of conduct that allows you to return anything within the 30 day window.

I had to go to a different Dillard’s location (Fairview Location) and they welcomed me with a beautiful smile and was very satisfied with the outcome and was very happy.

Lastly , I have been coming here for a long time, but this will be the final time I come to this specific location

Not only have I been a consumer for over 4 years, spent 100s upon 100s of dollars , I can't return a necklace that is tarnished without the yellow sku.
Arel: (I'm not sure if you spell that way), made it very clear after driving 120 miles from where I live.

She made it very clear they would not take back even if I had the yellow dillards sku.

I was upset because Kendra Scott is known for tarnishing. Period.
I have not owed for 90 days but that's besides the fact.
When turning around after looking for my make-up girl that I previously visited week after week, she was talking about me with two other associates and laughed as I turned the corner and caught her eye.

I looked right at her and said, "You shouldn't talk about your customers behind their back - it's not good etiquette."

Dillards - you need to train better, and you really should consider how you handle the people that buy from you and ensure their satisfaction.

I can see Dillard's thinks they are Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus.

I will never shop at this store again. I spent $750 on 4 items 10 days ago. I attempted to return one of the items which never came off the hanger or out of the bag I brought it home in. They told me I could not return it because it was damaged. There was a small spot that I didn’t notice when I purchased. They need to train their employees to inspect their merchandise as closely when they sell it as they do on returns. When I asked for the manager and explained, he (Joseph) made it worse. I felt very accused. . I cannot believe I’m stuck with a $150 dress I don’t want and never took it off the hanger from the day I purchased it to the day I tried to return. Train your people better - If you’re going to inspect returns, train your employees to inspect at time of sale. Never shopping here again.

Specifically MAC counter,I started with Sarah, she lifted my spirits through empowering this old soul with a fresh attitude of who cares what people think, you are beautifully you. That sweet makeup artist was not only a make up lesson but a positive reminder of don’t forget self love.

Then I went back and Presley was other beauty who reminded me with the message of if you like it, do it, beauty is ageless and in the inside. Don’t listen to be anyone tell you you can’t.

I highly recommend this counter, I am nearing 50 and I love MAC and with the right tips of the trade and young spirits of the empowering message beauty is in the inside, and the make up on the outside just solidifies it.

What a wonderful experience it was for you to assist me with an exchange of garments and some more purchases. I have shopped in so many stores and Diane is someone I will always come back to.
