I must say dr. Helen patz is the best doc. She will treat you like you are her only pt and pay full attention and follow up back for your concerns and health issues. You won’t find doc like her anywhere who gives 100% to her patients. Just love her. Thank you so much Dr.Patz for your help. She even called me after her work hours to find out how the medication is working which I don’t think any other doc do here. Love her MA Victoria who always calls back on the same day to follow up. Highly recommend Dr Patz.

As a care giver i took my then elderly client to this Physician. I didnt like the fact that Dr Pat will only walk in and not really listen to my concerns. It was obvious my client was suffering with dementia and she didnt want to diagnose her with it. My client became verbally abusive she didnt want to eat and lost 30 lbs in less than a month. After a couple of times after seing this Dr. in a month We decided to take my client to the e.r. and it all went down hill from there. She had a uti and was told she had dementia. But by then my client had decline drastically and was in a really bad shape. Unfortunately my client passed away 2 months after. If only this dr would of listen to my concerns and actually took the time to evaluate my client she would of still be here. I blame this Dr for her passing. Please chose wisely and get second opnions. It was clear that this Dr had no int in my elderly client. RIP sweet lady. 05-13-18

I was approximately 16 minutes late to my appointment. I had a hard time finding the place with a new phone. I waited weeks just to get the appointment. They wouldn't even see me. I am going blind and could potentially have cancer. Through this system I need a referral before I can get any help. This doctor sucks. They typically make you wait an hour to see them but if you are a minute past your grace period you're screwed.

Dr Pat and her head nurse Victoria are absolutely the best in the business 😀there courteous, kind ,the and care about their patience there not stuck up like a lot of health professionals are.... I mean they carry a tight ship and I'll refer them to anyone seriously 🤗
I will match their gold stars any day⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
