I would’ve given a negative start. I was referred here by the VA and let’s just say it hasn’t been a pleasant experience. I got a call saying the appointment has to be moved back, which is understandable. Two days before my appointment, my time was changed without notifying me. When I called the front desk, they said “maybe we tried calling…” but they didn’t. And either way, you don’t give a person a random time without telling them. On the day of the appointment, they called saying that my authorization has expired…this is information I am supposed to be informed days prior to my appointment, not 2 hours before. So they cancelled my appointment again.
Last visit, when I had requested cough medicine, they couldn’t send the medication to the right pharmacy. I called three times and it still hasn’t been resolved. So I never got my medicine. And when calling them again, they said I have to be evaluated again to get the medication…
Maybe other people have similar or different experiences. I will not be returning.

All of the providers here are awesome! They are so attentive and helpful. They are always able to get you scheduled in fast for emergencies and the providers are very understanding about any ailments you are having. I definitely recommend Dr. Rey or Dr. Gomez for pregnancy, they’ve helped me so much and provides so much information and eased me through all the pregnancy anxiety. Receptionist are always nice and wait times are usually very low.
