I have been purchasing this CBD in isolate form for 4 years. I started to notice a difference in the amount of CBD in the container. I contacted CBD LIVING to inform them that I started weighing it each week and it's consistently short sometimes 2 or more grams short. They told me the only way they would do anything is if I bought it directly from their website. Well, in order to get free shipping you have to buy $99 or more. So not only am I spending $30 a week but in order to make sure I'm going to get ripped off I would need to pay shipping. They told me to contact the smoke shop for their product bring short. When I asked CBD living to start putting a safety seal on the product they didn't respond. There is a company rep that sells this product to the smoke shop I buy it from and nobody can own up to where this product is being shorted and the company won't put a safety seal on the product. They have lost a loyal 4 year customer with me and I will make sure to let everyone I know what has been happening, as well as posting this on every platform there is. If you are taking this isolate, I definitely suggest you weighing it to make sure your not getting ripped off...and if you are, I suggest you write the company and ask WHY they don't put a safety seal on this product. If it can be shorted, imagine if someone decided to add something to it. With the fentanyl crisis all products should have a safety seal.

2 months in a row I get my calming gummies all hot and smashed together. Last month I called, they sent me more and the same thing. Just got my monthly delivery out of my mailbox and the ice pack is so hot you can barely touch it. The gummies are all melted together again. So I call to cancel my order completely, and the girl never said she was sorry, just canceled me. Not ordering any again. They need to deliver to door Don't order in the summer!

Customer service is non-existent with this company. I placed my first order through Facebook (mistake A), and ordered two CBD drinks during a 40% off sale. At the end up my checkout, multiple items showed up as add-ons (mistake B). I clicked the "NO I DO NOT WANT" and they charged me for two Delta 8 flower anyway!
I should have just stopped the order and backed out (mistake C).
This is the last time I order anything off Facebook. It take months to get a refund, and little do they know in MA, you do not have to pay for shipments you did not order! Of course though, they F'd with my order so it looks like I ordered the items THAT I DID NOT!!!
If I could leave negative stars I would have. SCAMMERS!!!!
Update: 11/16 They went ahead and shipped the whole order in spite of three emails, and a phone message yesterday (11/15)
that I did not want the Delta-6 Flower!

Customer service is far from decent. I have carried their line since I’ve opened my CBD Store and I have never felt so unappreciated or irrelevant from any of my vendors/partners. Ever since Andrew took over my account, I have been talked down to and felt like every time I hang up the phone it’s as if they don’t want my business. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and allowed this for the past few months thinking he was new and just learning. Today I had enough and asked for a manager and his responce was “I am the manager.” There are so many other great companies out there I can’t see any business owner continuing to do business with a company like CBD Living. If there were something less than a one star they would have it.

Be very careful ordering from this company shipping takes forever and their customer service department has no skills at all I placed an order, 6 days later it still hasn’t shipped I called their very rude customer service rep all she could tell me is we will cancel the order what a terrible way to do business I question the validity of the other reviews

I’m really disappointed with company , I ordered the 1st of September and they said it’s going be another 3- 7 days from today . That’s going be over a month!! When I put the order in 5 - 10 days they said .
Im never ordering from this company again !
