Fast service! It was repaired in one day. They repaired my personal concentrator for a reasonable price. Everything was itemized on the bill. Way cheaper to buy & maintain your own than to rent. I highly recommend them. They sell refurbished ones for medical use, & units for jewelry making. They were nice & explained everything up front. Not many places do this type of repair. It's cheaper to repair an old one than buy a new one in most cases.

Worst customer service. This company doesn't care about anything but taking your money. Couldn't get them to respond to any issues for my mother. They just don't seem to care.
