I went in on New years Eve. It was already packed on the lobby with a wait time of an hour. It didn't really feel that long. They got me in and the PA came into the exam room quick. She thoroughly checked me out and prescribed the me necessary medication. I was feeling better in two days. I will definitely return to Citrus Valley if needed.

I've been visiting this medical facility for years, but today's experience was frustrating. I traveled from Los Angeles on New Year's Day, feeling unwell with a cold and body aches, to get medical attention. I arrived just in time for the 12:00 pm cutoff, before they closed at 1:00 pm. The doctor seemed rushed and impatient, but prescribed me medication for my cough and antibiotics, which was a relief. However, when I asked the front desk for a prescription, they said it would be sent electronically and advised me to wait 15 minutes. After waiting, I called the pharmacy, only to discover they were on lunch break. Later, when I went to pick up the medication, the pharmacist informed me that they had not received the prescription from the doctor. I was furious and had to visit another urgent care to get the medical attention I needed.

I was seen today at urgent care, front office and back office staff was extremely nice. I have to give Dr David Suhr, 10 stars…really took the time to listen to me, genuinely caring person, very professional and made you feel safe. Explain and suggested things to help me recovery . Thank you for your kindness. We need more Dr like him.

Edit; Just visited Citrus Valley Urgent Care again today for bronchitis, I love that they treat you like a name, & not just a number.
Best care from any Urgent care that I have been to in my 57 years on this planet, keep up the good work & just know that you have a patient for life here.

I have no complaints about this Urgent Care. I have been going here for yrs when I cant get an appt soon with my PCP for whatever illness im experiencing at the time I aways get an appt for telehealth say day to be seen or walk in to be seen. The Doctors listen and give medication accordingly. The staff are all professional, family oriented and attentive. I recommend this Urgent Care and will continue to go here in the foreseeable future. Great job! Thank you for always taking care of me and I mean it.

This is a great Urgent Care Facility to go to, very clean, everyone was kind and friendly. They answered all my questions, and I did not have to wait long at all. I was really satisfied with their service, and will go there again. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Give them a five star srvc

The facility is new and clean. The staff at the front desk are very green and seem to be just learning the job. Let’s just say my experience did not get better in the back. The exam by the PA was to ask me to blow a tissue paper four times and sent home to take zinc and Vitamin C.
I continued to get worse and final decided to go to a real urgent care. I was diagnosed with pneumonia. I will not trust my care with Citrus Valley urgent care.
