I am giving the practice two star due to the poor customer service. The ladies who answer the phone are very rude. I get scolded every time. Without patients they wouldnt have a job.

I LOVE Dr Puri and staff at Infinity Medical Group. Office is spotless & therefore inviting. Staff are always so kind and friendly. Its a one stop shop so you can get your blood drawn in house on the spot. I have lost count on how many people I have referred.

This clinic has 2 of the best doctors. Along with the excellent care, the wait time was basically nothing. These doctors were willing to spend as much time as needed to make sure I had no more questions.

They don't answer when you call and when they're supposed to return your call with important information they never get back to you. You as the patient end up chasing them down to get important information. Very unsatisfied with the service received.
