Dr. Wilson very professional and caring doctor.

His manager Heather is very rude and unprofessional. I was told I’m luck to still be a patient over $25.00 charge that I have never be charged before since I being going to Dr.Wilson.I understand doctor office charges a no show fee. I get it. Most receptionist will remind you at time of appointment is made,send text, or a friendly reminder call non of this was done when I made or miss an appointment. On last week I get and invoice in mail I call to see why all of sudden I’m getting charged. Heather and I have a very unprofessional conversation over the phone When she told me I’m LUCKY TO STILL BE A PATIENT. Heather stated that on a previous invoice it was included. I keep all invoices form Clinic W it does not reflect and previous charges also on last week invoice it stated First NoShow/ Cancellation. Just seems to me it’s a discrepancy of charges all I want was an understanding of the charges. No longer a patient over a $25 charger. Bad office manager with an attitude.

Doctor Wilson is an amazing doctor and well respected as he treats people with respect and really makes them feel comfortable as he treats his patients always. 100 A+ Doctor to my family and also here are some words that come from someone special in our family (#1 part that Jason Snipes always said he treats people like your not just a number your family to him and he treats you as you are family) and to this day I'll always remember that!!

I've been seeing him over a year now and I couldn't be more pleased! I am 68 years old and at our age we have to have a Doctor we can trust as well as one who is concerned about our wellbeing and patient ! I want a Doctor who will treat me like he would his mother or grandmother and at the same time tell me no when I want to continue taking my Percocet!? Just an example! 🙂 He has a sweet, gentle spirit. Dr. David Wilson fits all my criteria!

Worst experience in a drs office I have ever had.
I’ve never ever felt compelled to leave any type of review, but I didn’t know if I was coming or going in this office. I never even met the Dr. His office staff
Is completely incompetent. I had heard from an older lady the he was a real good dr. So I was looking forward to having a physician close to home for my elderly parents. Unfortunately it was not at all what I expected. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I read both good and bad reviews on here. I’m sorry to say I have nothing good at all to say about our visit there.
I hate I wasted my time even writing this review!

This guy dont give you the time of day he barely makes eye contact doesn't even touch or exam your concern. He practice is based on smokers physicals and the revolving door and press insurance for no reasons needed. If you need real help i wouldn't advise him. Its all about the dollar bill there and they dont care.
