If you are a close friend or play basketball with the admin of the houses, you’ll have a better chance at staying here. They definitely play favorites when it comes to pay. I called for a week straight just to fight for 19 dollars an hour… on the other hand, both house admin talk to their staff like they’re crazy. I totally would not recommend this place of business to anyone. If you like doing comprehensive work for Pennies then this is the right place for you.

Very professional yet down to Earth. Comprehensive assessments, solution-focused therapy and they even offer in-home behavioral coaches for some children.

This place is trash! The snobby receptionist and her stuck up co-worker refused to see our child saying we had 3 "no shows".We called in about our child being sick the 1st time(but they said we had to know she was going to be sick 24hrs in advance!) , we have a special needs child that had to see a doctor the same day as our 2nd appointment, and his appointment lasted longer than expected, which would've made us 30 mins late(considered another "no show"!), now today we arrive 10 minutes late as our special needs child was having a meltdownand, and we had vehicle problems. My wife called in to explain, and they said no problem, we have a15 minute grace period. In our haste to make it, we were unable to find the paperwork we were asked to fill out(on forms we have to print out ourselves, because they are so cheap!), so I printed others to fill out there upon arrival. At this point, the cocky arrogant snobby girls that work there refused to see us because the forms wouldn't be complete before their 15 minute "grace period". Being what they call a "3rd no show", they said they would no longer be willing to see our child. We asked if one of us could finish the few pages we had left, while the other parent proceeded through the appointment with our child, and although a gentleman also working there agreed that was a good idea, they claimed they could not do that, as they have other appointments. After turning us down, they gleefully walked to their cars to go home. These people are rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, lazy, and clearly liars(talking about they have other appointments, when they just want to hurry home!)! They surely have no consideration or care for the children that come in here, they just want their paychecks! Not to mention the dirty looks we got as they looked us up and down like they are better people! You may get better treatment if you have a fat wallet and fancy clothes...😵 Not the case for us. We explained the situation with our special needs child and his meltdowns, and one of the girls said she understands, but... refused to accept us. She clearly doesn't understand anything.
