I was without insurance and needed a primary care appointment for an upcoming job and came across Carbon Health. They were great. I was able to book an appointment within a few hours with virtually no wait time once in the clinic. They were very transparent on their pricing both on the phone and in the clinic and discussed my options with me. Additionally their staff was friendly and the place clean and Covid friendly. I would definitely choose them again if I was in that unfortunate position again.

I was so pleasantly surprised - amazing overall! The receptionist / front technician was really friendly, informative, and just put me at ease. It wasn’t busy at all. I came a few minutes before my appointment and was able to immediately check in. There was no wait time from checking in to being escorted to a room. They let my partner accompany me into to the room. Once in the room, we were immediately seen by a nurse and promptly our provider. I felt our provider really actively listened to me, included my partner and made sure her questions were answered too, and really assured I understood everything we covered. She even had a pride sticker on her laptop which made me feel safe. I rarely walk away from a doctor office feeling impressed, let alone wanting to leave a review, but this truly was a great experience!

Much prefer going here to going to an ER. You still have to wait your turn and they don’t have a lot of medical staff, but the environment is much more pleasant. Staff is very nice and helpful. I went for a dog bite today and was well cared-for.

Excellent service. We got a lot of parts covered in an hour and a half between seeing the doctor, getting a prescription , having a chest x-ray , swab sent to lab and getting a referral. Unbelievable. I am so pleased with the service and the quality of care. I’m just shouting out loud the glory of carbon health.

Carbon Health in Oakland on Grand is the best thing since the light bulb, sliced bread and round wheels! Staff cares, listens and are thorough. Making an appointments is easy, quick and convenient. No long lines; no long waits! No drawn out process to register w reception. (Reception will come to YOU if they need something )

Appreciated the convenience of the location. Four minute drive from my home. Was seen promptly by the receptionist so I could register in. Average wait time of about an hour which was definitely doable. Compared to an emergency room would’ve been five hours. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Answered all my questions about the medication.
