They’re open for business. They’re taking some patients for some appointments. My mom comes here for her appointment. She came for an annual check-up. It took quite awhile. I waited in the car. Due to it being pandemic, I did not want to be inside. However, you are allowed to wait inside if you like. They are practicing social distancing chairs six feet apart, staff wearing masks and gloves, hand sanitizer is available and they’re taking temperature at the front.

I had to use the restroom and let let me in. Thank goodness. The staff were nice. The Facilty looked really clean.

Incompetence at its finest. I was here the other day, and the information I needed, I didn't get. I did, however, get the run-around from two different staff when each have told me the same nonsense. It's not useful to wait for another staff member to talk to you about the same thing that your primary already brought up to you, which is the equivalent of listening to a broken record. Also, do not make appointments for vaccinations without my knowledge. The day that happened on 3-25-2024, I did NOT verbally consent to the appointment they made for me, and I told the lady to cancel it because I didn't agree to it, as it's not mandatory. She did not do so, and I know this because I got a text later that day asking me to confirm Yes or No. So I replied 'No'. I'm on my time, not theirs. I'm not here to put money in their pockets for every person that walks in to get vaccinated.

These county medical facilities need to start getting on par with private practices such as John Muir, because I've had much better service and performance and they're actually competent and don't give you the run-around.

The staff is mostly friendly and professional. The doctor that I see is Anthony Longoria he is very professional and friendly all the time. He is way better than the many doctors before him and a lot of them were very rude. The waiting time was an hour wait. The wait time has gotten better than before.

The only reason they give 1 star from me is because you have to put one. They have a very rude Dr there and she abuse's the system and tax payers money. I filed a complaint and they pretty much support her abusing tax payers money. She will only give you 15 mins of you time and will leave you confused. I hope for ever ones sake she will not be there very long. It's pretty sad that people with government medical gets care from Dr's like her.

One of the male nurse have very dirty fingernails.
It’s gross . You can’t because a nurse with dirty finger nails touching people kids. Get it cut and clean .

I have always had very professional medical treatment here by staff and the doctors.
