I threw my back out and went as a walk-in to the clinic. The staff was very concerned and let me see the doctor very quickly. I received a chiropractic treatment from the Dr. that provided immediate relief. After that, I was given a muscle stimulation treatment that provided more relief. The staff was incredible and the clinic was clean. This clinic is far ahead of other clinics I’ve been to before. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

I’ve always had a great experience at this clinic. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the doctor is caring and takes the time to listen to all my concerns. Very horrible experience I've been getting here at this facility. I've been coming with Dr.Venegas since I've been a child till now, and I take forever to get an appointment . Staff sometimes are rude and never call me back. Every time I go, I always see different doctors. None has helped me. I'm very sad that everything changed after Dr.Venegas left 😔 I've called the operator after hours and left messages with them, and state, I'll have the office feach out to you. 2 times and then never did. Until yesterday, I called someone who answered but was very rude.
So unhappy 🙁

Every time I try to make an appointment, it's always over a month and a 1/2 to get in. They don't do walk in anymore besides ONLY 3 a day in the morning. So if I get sick or need any stitches, I need to go to a er are Urgent care. Then you still have to come back to see your primary to get any. Type of discharge papers, which takes over a month or two months to get an appointment. They just bring a lot of people in to. Get money and rush you out. You wait all day just to see the doctor for about 2 minutes. Four minutes tops, and they're out of there. Need to change my primary doctor to somebody else. Have this Dr gonzalez for 2 years And it's always hard to get in there.

Place is usually empty and now I know why rude staff with horrible phone etiquette I called 4 different times and the same female answered did not let me get a word in edgewise just immediately said hold and I would hear the line click over I waited over 20 minutes and still was not helped switching my clinic asap

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this doctor's office, and I strongly advise against choosing this place for your healthcare needs. The level of professionalism among the doctors was unsatisfactory, and the office staff demonstrated a concerning lack of courtesy and attentiveness. I highly recommend seeking medical care elsewhere.
Personally, I suffer from multiple medical conditions that necessitate the use of pain medication. Shockingly, the doctors at this office refused to prescribe me any pain medication, despite the fact that I had never been denied such treatment before and have always used it responsibly. Instead of providing me with the necessary pain relief, they insisted on directing me towards therapy as a means of managing my pain. While therapy may be effective for some, there are certain medical conditions that require medication as an essential component of treatment. Despite my persistent efforts over several months, they stubbornly refused to provide me with the medication I needed.
It is completely unacceptable for a doctor to deny a patient pain medication based on personal beliefs. I challenge the office staff to experience firsthand the difficulties associated with my medical conditions, and perhaps then they will understand the urgency and necessity of appropriate medication. Frankly, I am astonished that this clinic continues to operate in such a manner. I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from choosing this office as their healthcare provider. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your medical needs.

I went in because I was getting migraines. I had an appointment and it took about an hour to get called waited forever in the room to see the doctor and when the doctor came, I only saw her for like 5 min. It felt rushed and I felt like just another patient they wanted to get rid off. I made another appointment months after and they told me they didn’t have appointments till a month in a half later and asked if I still wanted it like of course I do! I don’t like this clinic and need to change my primary.

Horrible unprofessional clinic.
My family member was seen here due an accident and the front desk staff was very unprofessional and i am pretty sure that HIPAA rules were violated. I had sat in the lobby waiting on my husband to be called and i could hear everything on another patience care. After waiting more than 30 minutes they look at my husband and me and ask have you been help? This really upset me because he signed in and they did not know he was there come on really?
There is no need for the staff to be vocal on patients treatment care yelling from one reception desk to the other one across from them. Rarely seen actual doctors the front staff were the same team members running the front desk and so called therapy sessions?! seemed that the staff there were all related one way or another.
Clinic seemed to just cared to get treatment so that they can get paid for services rendered not caring for the actual care to their patients. The whole demeanor was just horrible.
