Horrible place that violates hippa, by leaving patients private information on sight. When I made a complaint with the Board and file for grievance the clinic manager got upset and retaliated against me for calling them out on leaving patients socials on plain site. The clinic manager got upset and said she “refuses” my services and gave me my money back after they have done all my documents and blood work. Worst place ever, I read the previous reviews and seems like they do a lot of mistakes on their exams. I’m thankful to god, because I don’t have time for errors. This place should be shut down. I encourage people to file a complain with the The Medical Board of California. So this awful place gets shut down.

Terrible place. Decided to visit the clinic Saturday morning to see if it was open and the advertised sign outside their door showed the hours of Saturday 9-1 pm. So I wanted there since I got there at 7am and nothing. WHY HAS THAT SIGN NOT BEEN UPDATED!!!. We all just waited and nothing. This is terrible customer service and false advertisement. The sign even says WEEKENDS CASH ONLY.

My family and I had been coming to see Dr. Torreblanca for roughly 25 years for emergencies like ear infections and whatnot and didn’t have a bad experience until now. I took a family member recently for knee pain and the doctor did not give her the proper care. He just told his assistants to give us information regarding other specialists. Mind you, we were going to pay out of pocket for his service and he just spoke with us for like less than 5 minutes and these other specialists weren’t able to see her because a referral was needed. We liked coming here if it was our last resource. Never again. Waste of time.

Great place !! I took my mom into San Martin de porres because she was feeling ill the doctor was able to see her same day without an appointment he listened to my mom illness and sent her to go get a injection and also gave her an authorization to see a stomach doctor, we were sent to Veronica for my mom’s authorization and she greeted us and we told her about stomach doctor needed and was so kind to help us right away. We waited for like 10 min and walked out of there with my mom feeling better and a stomach specialist authorization & Veronica even made our appt as well.
She was so friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff HAS THE WORSE customer service skills I’ve ever seen. They carry a very dismissive behavior, no accountability for their lack of communication. Mistakes are blamed on the patient. Follow up calls are non existent. We attended this place for an immigration physical, have never encounter such rude healthcare workers. Definitely do not embrace their jobs nor do they know the definition of customer service.

Doctor Torre Blanca Sr. is an amazing individual, i hope he checks this reviews, some of the staff very polite but the person that dispenses the medicines and its on charge of the cash register ( thin with tattoos ) is very unprofessional, maybe efficient but just plane no people skills, she should probably be better of working on the back end or just get fired. i am pretty sure that leaves some level of dissatisfaction on many of the loyal clientele that Dr. Torre Blanca has achieved over the years of great treatment for his patients. I called with a concern of a allergic reaction and she left me on the line waiting for 23 minutes, i called back to get my concern resolved and in a rude way she told me, you have to come back and slam the phone on me! disappointing!

Worst experience ever!!! The staffing made so many mistakes on my medical exam. When talking to the supervisor, she was giving attitude like if I was the problem. I will never go there again. I was scarred with all the mistakes done here. I am concerned about all the problems this place is having and I am very concerned about the care that is given to our community. I wonder how many mistakes have been done without any repercussions to the “care given”. For sure this will be the only time visiting such a place.
