We have been patients at ContinuEM Urgent Care for over two years, and we cannot recommend them highly enough!

In November 2022, they quite literally saved our 8-month-old's life. After other doctors dismissed his symptoms as just a common cold, the staff here immediately took action. They were caring, thorough, and compassionate, especially when we expressed fears about transferring to an ER. Knowing we had high-deductible insurance and had already faced long ER waits the day before, the on-site doctor personally called a colleague at Memorial Children's Hospital to make sure we were seen and treated right away. Thanks to their swift care and attention, our son received the treatment he needed, which resulted in a week-long ICU stay—but he fully recovered.

Today, I visited again for myself after catching a virus. I’m rarely sick, but this time I felt miserable. Once again, their exceptional care stood out. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen, and the doctor was kind, attentive, and had an incredible bedside manner. They quickly provided medications, tests, and a chest X-ray, all covered under my insurance’s specialist co-payment.

This place is truly amazing and continues to provide life-saving, high-quality care to our community. We are so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to their patients. Thank you, ContinuEM Urgent Care!

The front desk is the first point of contact for patients in a healthcare facility—it’s where trust begins. If you can’t handle the fact that patients come in sick and in need of care, you shouldn’t be working in urgent care. The woman with long black hair and glasses who works Friday nights was not only rude but completely lacking in compassion. Patients deserve to be treated with compassion and respect, not met with attitude. If this is the standard of service here, I wouldn’t recommend this facility.

My visit was pleasant. Staff were polite and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Once I got called in vitals were taken and shortly after the doctor was in the room examining me. The only part that I can take away is the app My Chart is misleading as to who's in network and out of network I ended up paying $99 for my visit . Only take away I had.

The check-in process was easy. I only had to wait in the lobby for a few minutes before I was called back. The nurse was very kind. The doctor was very thorough. Overall the whole experience was very good.

Great location. Wait time isn't long compared to other urgent cares and they have so many resources at this center. Doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. This is my go to spot for any minor emergencies.

Front desk personal were not helpful. First she made it seem as though my insurance was no longer accepted, Then she changed her mind and said they had a special rate for my insurance which was different than my typical co-pay. Sounds shady to me. Then I get a text message from my chart from Memorisl care. I asked if it was from my visit and she said no which now I realize is not correct. New ownership and it shows. The back office is a joke as well. No one asked me what medications I take regularly. I felt like I had to tell them about my chronic conditions as well, no one asked and they acted like they didn’t care. The NP came in with a blanket wrapped around her bottom half of her body. I am a nurse myself. How unprofessional. Do better,

I'm so glad my doctor told me about ContinuEM urgent care. They are very professional and the wait time is nothing like an ER. They have excellent facilities and there is Wave imaging right next door. They did a CT scan and told me I needed to go to the hospital right away for my condition.
