The most irresponsible people in this location can be found on the second floor, in the DENTISTS area. I had my appointment for December 12 to have a filling done, and 3 weeks before my appointment I called to change it because they had done it with a different doctor without asking me anything. So they changed it for me to December 19, that is today, and they assured me that the dentist who always looks at me would be there December 19 and when I arrived I had to wait 1 hour for them to pass me, and when they passed me it turned out that the doctor wasn’t even there, and they tried to get another doctor to look at me. The person in charge tried to put pressure on me by saying that I can't always see the same doctor because I am BAJO RECURSOS “low income” . Basically saying that I am paying with Medical . I am low-income, but they are going to charge the same or even more to my insurance. The person sitting in front is the main culprit of everything, because she is the one who makes the appointments and was the one who told me that the dentist who always looks at me would be there on the 19th. What a bad experience, seriously. It's a nice place but the people who run it are a disaster. and I want to clarify that this is directly to the DENTIST area on the second floor. how INRESPONSIBLE!!! I had to put one star because it doesn’t allow me to put —5 stars .

I’m a Union UA plumber this place was the closest to me on back of my insurance card PPO I called made the appointment and miss work and when I got there worst experience ever not professional and they tell me they don’t accept my blue shield insurance!!but they made the appointment for me smh waste of time and lost a day of work worth $500 a day smh

After aging out of my family’s plan with Kaiser it took me a while to find insurance.

I’ve had pain in my stomach for years and Kaiser told me to live with it. Then I came here and they took me seriously. After many tests we found out I have Crohn’s!

If Kaiser had taken the time to check my blood they would have seen how high my white blood cell count was!

The part about this clinic that makes it stressful to be there is the staff. Most of the time I've gone there, the staff (nurses, assistants and receptionists) have misinformed me about one thing or another. I had gone there once and was diagnosed with something, the P.A. went to one of the nurses to get pamphlets and other information on what I was diagnosed with and this ridiculous nurse came back with info on HIV. I freaked out and the P.A had to go and correct her. There are many other stories I have about the silly nurses in this clinic, this is only one. However, I will say that my experience with Dr. Jones and the physicians assistants have been great. The P.A's and Dr. Jones are very thorough in their work and compassionate. Something the nurses/ receptionists and other staff lack. Prepare to wait and hour to two hours before seeing the doctor.

OK where to start with this horror place. To start they deserve negative stars. This place shouldn't be open.
This is my wife's second pregnancy and the first place we went to for her first pregnancy PIH was awesome. Here you show up 15 -20 min early to your appointment and takes at least 2 hours to see someone.
People working here have bad attitudes as if they hate their jobs. This is suppose to be a positive experience going through a pregnancy and it is the worst of the worst.
DONT COME HERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
We switched back to PIH and is awesome .

Worst clinic ever I been having this stomach pain for over 6 months been in and out the hospital more then 10 times the only way you can get an apt soon is by going to the hospital and telling them you was there and even like that they don’t do anything they have me go in just to sit they never do noting I don’t even understand how this clinic is still open they are the worst and a waist of time!!!

I haven't even gone inside and I'm upset. So they set up an appointment for me at 1pm. They sent a text message saying to be here at 12:30pm I assume it's to fill out paperwork. I get here only to encounter a sign that says they're at lunch from 12-1pm! Very frustrating experience!!! 😒
