Their website indicated that they accepted United Health insurance. They informed us the morning of the procedure (getting tubes put in for my daughter) that they, in fact, did not accept United. So we had to pay cash, upfront, for the procedure. We're getting bills in excess of the cash amount, to date, and the billing center is in Tupelo, MS. So every time we connect, they have no idea what I'm talking about and calling in Auburn just gets me transferred to the billing center in Tupelo. Absolute nightmare thus far.

EDIT/update: I’m editing and adding a couple stars. After writing this review, a few weeks later someone from the Ambulatory Surgical Center called about it. Turns out they just charged us the cash price for one ear, not both, and did not configure anesthesia in as it’s billed through another entity. They said not to worry about the additional costs, they were handling it because it was their mistake. Bills kept coming another two months, but have been stopped for almost a year now. They did right by us when someone could see what was going on, but it was hard connecting with anyone who wasn’t frontline and could understand the entirety of the situation.

I never want to go back to this facility. I encountered a bad experience this morning. The young lady that checked me in (2nd floor) was very professional and nice. The 2 young ladies that does Registration were very unprofessional and rude ,( Haley and Lori). Something needs to be done about confidentiality while being registered they made sure their voices were loud while discussing my business. Lori was very rude, if I give you my cards in your hand I expect to receive them back in my hand not thrown on the desk. My nurse Morgan was very nice and compassionate.

SO clean, very nice and easy to navigate around. Staff at ASC on 2nd floor is wonderful, all very knowledgeable and very friendly. We had surgery with Dr. Whatley (ENT) and the staff that assisted us throughout the entire process made is stress-free and seamless. Highly recommend!
