I came here for the first time to bring my daughter for her eye exam. Her pediatrician referred me to this eye doctor. From the moment on getting on the phone and making an appointment, their customer service was really nice.

On the day of the appointment it was kind of difficult finding parking on the street. I didn’t know we can park on the “La Quinta Real” Mexican restaurant’s parking lot on the back side. It would have been nice if they would have advise me where to park over the phone. That’s a suggestion of mine to let their patient know before hand.

Their office receptionist are so nice. They have an amazing team with great customer service. Dr. Francis (sorry if I misspelled his name) was nice and patient. My daughter got her first pair of glasses. Next thing you know, I made an appointment for my self. Completely satisfied with this office.

Ps. Their office is small and gets busy but they are quick to take you in.

I’ve been attending my regular eye dr appointments, to the optometrist since I was a kid my daughter who is know 9 has been going here as well I give them a 10/10 every visit, I’ve never had a bad experience at this office the workers are always so nice & professional also very well presented with there hair nicely done and clothes very well ironed ❤️❤️

This place is awesome and super efficient. At first I was worried because the place was crowded, and I figured I would be here all day. On top of that I went to the wrong location, so I was late for my appointment. I don't think I spent more than 10 mins before I was called in. These guys know what they are doing. I wish I could remember all of their names, but everyone was kind and professional. I've been looking everywhere to purchase hard contact lens, (very few people wear them) so glad they were able to accommodate me. Much appreciated!

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Your pretty much in and out. Would have gave it 5 stars but the parking is very bad. The Wig shop next door takes up all the parking in the lot and will personally come out and ask are you for the glasses or wigs. And then replies when you say glasses, "oh no, im sorry only for wigs"

I highly recommend this place. Customer service is great and welcoming. They really try to accommodate you. The front desk staff are very friendly and the doctor super kind.

If you notice, the best reviews were years ago when Dr. Messinger was there. It's not like that now.

I've had my eyes examined and glasses prescribed at this location for years. Now, Dr. Messinger has retired. The people who have taken over the business aren't competent. I had to return my glasses twice because the prescription wasn't correct. My coworker said she had the same issue and will be returning the glasses due to the prescription. I will not return to this place.

One question.... Why isn't there ANY African Americans working in this COMPTON office?

I am a patient of years to this office. I usually have a good experience when I come here, but not this past year. The girls in the front desk did not greet me as usual. I had an appointment made for my husband and child at 9:30 a.m., and was not out of the office until it was almost time to close. The girl Josie, in the front desk, said that my insurance was not ran. Mind you I made the appointment two weeks in advanced. They were chit chatting with the girl that took my co-payment, Vicky, about the night before. She obviously looked like she came straight out of a night club. Not very professional, like Rita who is usually there during the week. I agree that the prices are a bit on the high side, which I don't have a problem with if I am getting the service that I want. The doctors are Great! Karla always gives the best service. I can tell that they change personnel quite often. Jesus was good, but I honestly liked the girl that was doing the tests at the back before Espi. She was very patient with my 12 year old son, and was always smiling. Other than that, I think some changes should not be made. especially when your patients are happy with the service. They do great contact lens fittings, but I would make sure on the pricing.

Even though the office is small and gets extremely crowded at times, the majority of the staff is friendly, polite and professional. However, there is one particular heavy set lady who never smiles and always have an attitude. She is very rude every time I go to the Compton Office. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for her bad attitude & rudeness.
