Absolutely stunned at how lovely my experience was here on my very first visit. The front desk staff and the doctor treated me better than my regular general physicians office does! Took their time heard me out were friendly and seemed to actually care which most doctors offices lack extremely these days so I am very thankful for this office experience today! Would highly recommend based on this first visit!!!
My doctor was Lucy Paredes and Staff was Jasmin (i will add photo in case I am spelling their names wrong) But they were phenomenal!!! They even gifted me the cutest welcome new patient goodie bag!

I'm so grateful this little clinic exists! I took my son in with a hand injury last week - there was little to no wait and a Dr saw my son right away. The clinic itself is clean and modern, the staff was really helpful. My son is Autistic and sometimes going in to be seen can be an ordeal, but the office itself is really calming and the staff is super kind - we even got a really thoughtful 'first time patient' packet from the front desk when we were done. Highly recommend this place!

This is a small medical office located adjacent to Northgate Grocery. At first I was upset because we had to wait 30 minutes after our appointment time. Then when the PA explained the reason (short staffed due to illness) I understood. The dr and one office person were very nice and apologetic. Excellent customer service and calmness in dealing with me as I was initially upset.

The provider Dr. Lucy Paredes, was very nice and very helpful! As my first time here i am very impressed with this clinic. Got seen so fast and the Receptionist Jazmin R. She was very nice and friendly too helped with sign in process will come back again for my urgent care needs!

Woke up with a swollen finger went in had the doctor look at it was prescribed ointment and given antibiotics for a trailing rash. Did take about 2 hours but they were faster than other urgent care facilities I’ve been to. The staff were extremely nice and professional.
