I called to to see if I could become a new patient and was told yes I would just have to be put on a waiting list. I waited 11 long months just for them to call me and tell me that they wouldn’t take me as a patient. I asked the reason and they wouldn’t give me one. That’s 11 months of waiting for a new doctor down the drain. Don’t hold your breath
I understand they can’t take everyone but I would rather be told upfront rather than waiting 11 months to find out…

WAS a long time patient with this clinic. Since the change in staffing it was hard to get anyone to do their job. Called during Thanksgiving break as I had seen Dr Wilson earlier in the week, symptoms weren’t improving on prescribed medication, tried getting through the after hours line, no return call, was later told two excuses-per the receptionist, “the nurse who handles that line is not in”, per the nurse “that line was having technical issues therefore no message received”. Issue after issue getting in to see a specialist because of a change in my health and the wrong referral being sent over. Second Issue, here again just trying to get someone to do their job, Called at the beginning of the week to get a refill of my meds that is typically called in with a 3 month supply, that was only called in with a one month supply because a prior authorization was not obtained with the last refill, hence the one month refill instead of 3. According to insurance that prior authorization was sent to the wrong place. Told this to Heather (office manager) who called me a liar, wouldn’t let the patient talk causing the patient to talk over her to try to get the patients point across, she then stated per Dr Wilson you can find another Dr. Heather then refused to get an urgent request on the prior authorization leaving the patient without meds. With this care if the patient doesn’t need meds without missing a dose then simply don’t prescribe them. My care is important to me and my family, I was already on the route before I was instructed to do so. Those who give this type of “care” are only in the medical field for the paycheck, certainly not for the “care” of others.

I called and ask if Dr. Wilson took Medicaid and the lady that answered the phone said they do not, but according to this site it is listed that he does. If he don’t then it needs to be removed from this site that says he does. It has him listed as he does and also has it that Clinic W takes Medicaid.

Hands down the best doctor. He is kind, informative and makes sure he always takes time to go over concerns, questions, etc. I recommend Dr. Wilson to everyone.
