Had to bring in all 3 of my children all at one time. The staff today was outstanding. I think the staff changes, but there was an amazing African American woman (forgot her name but it was Unique) and Dan (i believe that was his name.. kind of Asian pacific like). They took very good, very thorough and outstanding care of us. Everything was explained beginning to end. I can’t tell you how great the care was. They are limited to what they can do but it’s like a doctor’s visit. I loved it! Dan even called 30 min before the appointment to make sure they had what they needed ca what my needs for my babies were and luckily for us they had everything we needed. We are truly thankful to God for them being there. Thank You, Thank You and Thank You. When you have kids you want them seen and taken care of ASAP and this was a great experience.

Marina Mills,LVN was so helpful and accommodating. When I told her that I received a bill from my office visit, she right away took care of it. She was fast and efficient when I went for an office visit. Most Important of all, it did NOT hurt when she gave me my flu shot!

Went in for a sinus infection and my son was running a fever as well. The provider was thorough and quick. The whole experience was the most pleasant it could've been with those illnesses. I would highly recommend this clinic to ANYONE.

Lady inside clinic, very unprofessional, she was chewing gum while answering questions. Target or not, you're representing Kaiser. I expected better. Walk ins welcomed, but limited spaces for walk ins.

There are NO clinics, Urgent Care or Emergency services in the whole City of Long Beach. Kaiser fails Long Beach members by not providing these necessary services! I will change medical providers at open enrollment because of this.

I only been here once and my experience was great. Very clean and the staff are very nice and respectful.All of my questions were answered and everything was explained in a way I could comprehend. I enjoyed my visit here at this location better than a regular kaiser.
