My daughter has special needs and is incontinent, and I have had a prescription with this company for over a month for her pull-ups with no deliveries, no one answering the phone, and no call backs for voice-mail. I started calling 5 weeks ago at 2 calls a week; no callbacks. I have literally called this company every day for the past three weeks and left voice-mail on every extension. I finally got ahold of a live person yesterday and they told me that her order had been transferred to LA, and now it is the same thing over again. They couldn't have called me to let me know and the LA office never informed me of any change. If you get a referral from your doctor from this place, demand a new vendor! It is not worth all the hassle and having to wait for what you need. I am still paying for her supplies out of pocket. Now I am requesting a new pharmacy and we now have to wait longer for the new referral.

Not getting my phone calls return. Not answering my emails. Been calling them throughout this morning. My call gets dropped. Once someone picked up they push number keys then hanged up.

One of the WORST pharmacies I've delta with. My son take Pediasure 1.5 w/Fiber so it HAS to be delivered from a pharmacy. Well we've had them for a little over 2 years now and the experience hasn't gotten better. Whata sad is that with the insurance we don't have many options so there's that! If I could switch to a bettwr place I would. So IF you have a choice please chose someone else. I've literally been on the phone off and on all day and got no where. Not customer service dept, Not pharmacy dept, not even the delivery dept answered ALL DAY, I've learned not to leave messages cause they call a week later. I'm going to call my insurance and pray they have a contract with a new pharmacy cause this one AINT IT! - EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED

Good morning I have read a lot of comments about Western drug Medical on the bad service, speaking for myself Miss Valeria and Miss Carmelita from the oxygen department are awesome they always have given me 1,000% customer service by making sure that my order received for my refills for my oxygens were always delivered on the day that they said it will be delivered as well as a delivery driver Juan gives 1000 percent. I feel that your company should use Miss Valeria and Miss Carmelita to train other employees on what it means to give quality service and making sure that they give 1000% quality customers service like me so if you need anything from the oxygen department always ask for Miss Valeria or Miss Carmelita I guarantee you they will not let you down may the Lord bless you both and your families my five-star rating is for Miss Valeria and Miss Carmelita and the delivery driver Juan ❤️🙏❤️

Would not use this company for any services ever again. They called 1 hour before wanting to pick up a oxygen machine. 1 hour before arriving with no appointment and no notice. I said I wasn't available. Didn't hear from them again till I received a bill for the equipment for $1500. Called and told them that I have a handicap child as well as other children. Our schedules are busy. They cannot just call an hour before wanting to pick up equipment and an appointment is needed. They proceeded to tell me that they will have pick up call and make an appointment to pick up the equipment. I said okay. The following day AGAIN a driver called saying he will be here within the next hour. I dont understand which part of they need to make an appointment with me that they didn't understand? No other company operates this way. And I've had no issues with other companies. Will never use this company again.
