I had the opportunity to spend 30days in treatment at the McCarty house. My case manager Jessica was an absolute gem to work with , she was nurturing and compassionate. Carlos stepped up for clients that weren’t on his case load and it was a pleasure having to work with the two of them. I’m very grateful for both Jessica and Carlos’s compassion, knowledge of the program, and them being along my side through this journey. I could not have done it without them.

The support staff was also great. Christina, Rosemary, Ryan, and Chad all provided a great experience for their clients.

I’m also thankful for Lucas the driver. He took us to and from meetings and the gym. He was very compassionate and a pleasure to be around.

My experience at His House New Creations McCarty house was great the staff was great. The house mates were great. My case manager Carlos Alvarado was able to help me out and facilitate my stay there. All I can safe is if you feel you need to go to a treatment facility new creation McCarty is the a great facility to go to.

So I should yo for treatment for the first time ever and had no clue what I was getting into. The staff at McCarty were so nice and kind and full of faith it was amazing to be there. My counselor Carlos was one of the first people I got with and he was all business in the nicest way.

Throughout my experience I gained a brotherhood not only with the other members but with the staff as well. I will ant to give HUGE THANKS TO Carlos, Lucus, Chad, Derak, Nina, Ryan.
Love you all and thank you for helping my life become Great again.

His House New Creation is Amazing!! This is my seventh time in treatment and no other place had therapists or helped me learn about my disease like they do here! The therapists are all amazing. I got to work with Danielle and she is Awesome! The staff members Mayra, Carlos, Donny, and Megan from McCarty are compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, patient, and kind if it were not for them I would have not stuck it out. I was an emotional rollercoaster in the beginning and they helped me understand that my feelings were starting to surface and that they would pass. The driver Josh is pretty cool also! He is knowledgeable is the big book and is always willing to humbly share is knowledge. I will definitely recommend New Creation when asked for help. Lastly but certainly not least Kim, Steve, Sonny, and Antoinette from Prado house also Rock. I'm including a picture of me and my brothers when we went to Mt. Rubidoux.

Wonderful supportive staff, Mayra, Carlos, Donny, Jennifer, Darrick, Josh, Jessica, Sarah, all great. Everyone was caring, welcoming, and knowledgeable, I was treated with the utmost respect and genuine care. The comprehensive group and individual therapy sessions were conducted with professionalism. Special thanks to my counselor/case manager Carlos for challenging me and sharing his personal knowledge of recovery. The immersive program was not only eye opening, it was an experience and a memory I will cherish and carry with me for the rest of my life. Thank you staff for doing the do and McCarty house for opening your doors and your hearts to me and other individuals seeking support and guidance towards a better future and quality of life. If you suffer from chemical addiction whether drugs or alcohol, New Creation/ McCarty is the place for you.

This rehabilitation center was amazing!! The staff and the clients were very welcoming. My counselor Donny Hagee was the best counselor I’ve ever had. He made me feel like family and he was extremely knowledgeable in his field.
