Definitly a well stocked medical supply store. Extremly organized and very clean. They had everything I was looking for too under one roof.
The only negative thing I have to say is thag I was not acknowledged by any staff while I was hovering around the help desk. There was someone being taken care of ahead of me by a staff member but there were two other staff members sitting close by and it qould of been nice if they skmply would of acknowledged my existence and said, "Hi, we will be right with you."
Ashley was very knowledgeable about how you acquire products through medicaid and medicare and what infornation was needed from my doctor to get the neccessary equipment I needed to recover post op from a surgery I am about to have in two weeks.
In a side note... right across the street is their pharmacy where the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

We have tried for months to get someone to come and service our chairlifts at Jefferson Village Apartments. We finally got someone to come out and they said we needed some parts and they've never come back. We have not been able to get a straight answer or for someone to return to service the chairs. I would not recommend Geroulds to service your chairs lifts.

Liars. I had to get a wrist brace for tendinitis, and when I went to pick it up, the woman serving me said it was fully covered. Then a month later I get a bill for the full price, $121. If I’d known, I’d have went to Rite Aid and gotten one for a quarter the price. Absolute scheisters. And to boot, don’t expect a call if they’ll tell you they’ll call you back; I had to visit all three locations and call back three times to track it down. Same thing when I had to get a CPAP. Abysmal

Overall the surgery center is quite good however today I received a call at 5:15 PM to pick a ankle support brace do to I have a fracture in my ankle. They told me they would be until closing at 5:30 so I drove right down took me nine minutes to get there, I arrived at ' 5:24 PM and the place was dark locked up no one there and they knew I was coming they claim they don’t leave till 530 very unprofessional and now I have to go the whole weekend without the brace and support I will definitely let them know about this on Monday morning.

I highly recommend Gerould's as a resource for almost anything related to your health care. I'm a visitor from Arizona and needed a ramp to be able to get into my daughter's house. I looked at several places without success. Geroulds had the answer. I was able to rent a ramp from them to fit my needs. They even had a lift chair to rent while I was here. Mike was very accommodating in any way that he could help. 10 stars this business!

I went there three times to get measured for a brace. The first I was measured and thought my order would come in, in a few days. They didn't even have an order for it. The second time they measured me and assured me the brace would be in. It took me three calls they finally answered and claimed it was there. When I got there it wasn't and I was measured a third time. I purchased something that doesn't work. It falls overtime I walk. It hurts me more than helps. It's a ripoff.

I went in one day to ask about diabetic shoes. The receptions was very rude to me. She was telling me all the stuff I needed from the doctor, but I knew what I needed from the doctor already. I have only been wearing diabetic shies for over 20 years. I went into ask questions but she seemed to be bothered by me asking questions. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
