Dr. Ricky is a great doctor. He takes the time to listen to your needs and worries without making you feel like just another patient. He makes sure to explain any treatment you may need. Like Dr. Ricky he's staff is always helpful with any questions you may have. They took the time to call me to make sure I was doing better with my situation. In my opinion, Dr. Ricky truly cares about his patients. Definitely recommend.

Showed up for walk-ins and signed in, the front desk lady was very rude and not professional. When arrived I was greeted with “ what do you need?” After filling out my paperwork I waited in the room for over an hour and 30 minutes and they had only called back 3 patients out of the full waiting room the entire time I was there. Finally I was called back and started to explain the issues I was experiencing physically, then when she found out I was pregnant she told me “they can no longer see me, they don’t treat pregnant women.” When I was only there for clod/ flu related symptoms. She told me they can see me once I deliver the baby. Overall it just was not a good experience for me, the receptionist was rude, the wait time was very long, & they failed to notify me they couldn’t treat me before I waited all or that time.

20 stars!! This doctor is awesome he listens to you and tells you the truth. I believe he truly cares about his patients. And the nurses there are totally awesome! I would recommend this place to anybody at any time! I have not met a doctor like this in many years. He's not expensive like normal doctors. And you are just not another patient to them. I wish he was in my town! And thank you DOC for all your help you're a lifesaver!

4 times we went to see this doctor. I had to wait for everybody else in the waiting room to go in. Two times it was sick call and we didn't have an appointment. The other two times we had an appointment. The third time we visited, I asked them what was going on because we had been waiting so long and other people seemed to go ahead of us. I was told because we were there for sick call I didn't have an appointment and everybody else did. 4th time I showed up I made sure I paid attention to when I signed in. I had an appointment this time. I waited 45 minutes until the whole waiting room was cleared then three other people showed up and they go in to see the doctor. I am still waiting in the waiting room. After sitting there stewing for another 10 minutes I finally got up and ask the front desk what was going on. I got the run-around. Apparently they don't speak fluent English. Perhaps if you speak a second language other than English you'll do fine. I guess we didn't fit in. We are interracial but only speak English. Now looking for another doctor's office.

This place is ridiculous! Been waiting on my husband for 3 hours and he still hasn't seen the doctor yet. It's like this every single time he comes. He's been in a room for 2 of those hours. They need a better system or something
