I had a very good experience here. I had been very sick and nothing seemed to help. I was seen by another walk in clinic in Chico and was told there was nothing I could do and to drink hot tea. I came here a few days later as my symptoms had worsened. Luckily I had came here and they got me in right away. The provider I seen was great and I really felt like she cared about my health and could see I was in pain. They diagnosed me and treated me as well. I appreciate the front coordinators help in getting me in ASAP. I will definitely choose to come here again. Thank you Dignity Health!

Front desk very helpful. Called back for two days i finally gave up. no return call.in a lot of pain.
.the doctor spent all of 2 mins with me.i wish they would call back very very dissapointed. Still not well but will get there
.and I wish they had someone that calls you back on complaints.and had caring doctor's

Although the PA that actually saw us was friendly and nice. Let’s just say that I will corroborate what is being alleged in the other reviews. I didn’t know there was a “walk-in” clinic here? My Daughter has a need for “walk-in” services today. After reading these reviews I will take her to Enloe prompt care. Rather stay with the devil I know.

My mother died of lung cancer. Undiagnosed because these people don't have time. Dr Sonelind needs to retire. She is only there 6 months of the year and was lucky if my mom got to see her twice a year. My mother was treated like she didn't matter and died because NO ONE CARED.

Dignity? There is no dignity here. just a cash grab for a pill clinic.

Where do I start!?! Ok, so my boyfriend chooses to receive his medical care at this clinic, however he has me call to make his appointments, so he has signed the ROI, giving the staff permission to talk to me, schedule appointments, so on. Even though he has done this, everytime I call I seem to encounter the same very rude medical receptionist, who either doesn't want to do her job, so she tries to prevent the request from moving forward, and when you once again educate her and tell her that yes she can in fact scedule an appointment for my boyfriend, regardless of why he is not making the call, because he has followed the procedure your staff has put in place
You would of course think that would change the tone of the tounge lashing you are receiving, or wait better yet wouldn't even be better if the staff scheduling appointments were aware of the procedures they have in place and just kindly ask at the beginning of the call there was proper paperwork filled out? Then after all the hostility this woman is just spilled out at you, asks why he needs to be seen, you give the symptoms and length of time and you are met with a simple follow up question requiring yes or no answer, Has he had a COVID-19 TEST? NO! You would think you answered the question, but you'd be wrong, instead you hear the sigh of disbelief and the discust in her voice and then asked, WHY?!? Ok, now, I'm an educated women who is in customer service, I help hundreds of people daily, paying higher prices for things than any of us would like them to be, but when a customer of mine is unhappy about the price of fuel, I do not ask that customer why they choose to drive a lifted truck that gets 8 miles to the gallon, I simply agree that times are hard and smile thanking them for choosing us and that we truly appreciate them. Can I say I'm always sweet no but I can tell you it's very rare that I am not. This is everytime with this receptionist, regardless of the need for his appointment, she is rude, condescending, unaware of the clinics procedure, and most of all unwelcoming. People of Corning this is not the clinic you want to receive your medical care if you are looking for a warm, welcoming, and understanding staff that makes it a comfortable place to discuss topics that are not always easy to open up about.

With urgent-care offices closing all over the area it was awesome to be seen as a walk-in. Kate Ellis was awesome and had me out the door in no time. Definitely recommend coming here over other ‘urgent-cares’ that want appointments days ahead of time.

Called Thursday asked if I could get my stitches removed, simple process right?

Nobody available.

Called Friday.

Nobody Available.

Waited until Monday, called and they told me to come in as a walk in.

I get there? 'Sorry we don't have anyone we can't.'

So I ask 'You told me to come here...so when can I get these out, tomorrow?'

The front desk womans response was 'We don't know if she will show up tomorrow.'

LOL? What kind of mickey mouse 'clinic' is this place?

Front staff are Awesome! They are responsive and attentive. I have had a few MD's as I guess a shortage of doctors is a problem but every time I see a new doctor they are very helpful and again attentive to the situation. Awesome job as this is a rarity in the medical world.
