Went to buy a scooter for my mom the man Don was very pleasant and helpful 🙂. Had a question about scooter and Mr Don was awesome had all the answers wonderful customers service A++++++

Rude staff that takes advantage of the costumers. I took my dad to buy a mask for his CPAP and they sold him a “Tester” that specifically said inside “Not for sale” without him even knowing it. The lady at the front desk has no respect for people, when my dad found out that the mask that they sold him was not the right one (did not fit for his CPAP) and was not supposed to be for sell we ask for a refund. They acted careless and refused to refund all his money. The price of the mask was $100 and they after Michelle (yelling at us) said that they had a non return policy on any of their products they ended up refunding only $75. This is not right.. Don't ever go to this place

The woman working here was rude and tried to rent us 3 different wheelchairs with brakes that didn't work. She claims that it's okay that the wheels roll when the brakes are engaged because they didn't move during a transfer. However, the wheels did move. It was a massive safety hazard. Ultimately it was cheaper to buy a wheelchair than it was to rent one from this place.

Me, my lady and her son who is 6 yrs old with a broken leg and in pain along with her 2yr old have been sitting here for 30 mins after 10am (supposably when they open) and still no sign of them opening while we are right out front of this place with plenty of other people waiting...im sure they'd give this place a bad review also....by the way we left cuz this place sucks
