I wish they kept on top of patient files and CPAP supplies. I would've been happy if they alerted me of an expiring prescription order. Even had to pay for filters out of pocket; they only give you 2 filters covered by Medicaid. Now I have a broken CPAP mask and an expired patient order. Not happy with this DME company.

Delivery drivers for Ashli Healthcare do not know how to drive and could’ve caused accidents on 58 near Tehachapi. Needs so driver safety training.

I wish I can give zero stars. Had a family member on their service. The worst company ever. They don't care about patients, don't call back, won't pick up their equipment so they can keep billing to insurance. Even after repeated calls from our doctor. The ventilator they brought was dirty and unsanitary. Their delivery person didn't know anything about it. Would not recommend.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered a Resmed water tank replacement part from them for my Airsense 10 CPAP machine. Waited for a month and still haven't received it. Tried calling to follow up on the status and they keep transferring me to different people, and telling me someone will call me back but never do. Finally spoke to someone and they said they have no idea when they'll the get part I ordered because they no longer carry that brand. I asked them why they took my order if they didn't carry that part? They told me to talk to my doctor.... so I waited a whole month without my machine for no reason?

This review has been a long time coming. I have to agree with the other bad reviews here. This place is terrible and poorly run. Supplies are shipped weeks to months late and then after multiple calls, arrive missing parts of your order. They don't forget those parts when they bill your insurance though! Insurance billed way after you place orders which throws off your restock cycles. When you call, no one knows what they are talking about and you get transferred around. You will be assured that your supplies will be billed with the date of order and that they will ship out immediately but billing will not happen for one to two months and you will be lucky to get your supplies within a month after calling them over and over. I even went into the storefront multiple times to try and get my orders right. After being assured everything would be taken care of they still arrived wrong. You get calls from San Diego from someone with call ID that says LADY ULARU to restock your supplies. Is this a fortune teller moonlighting between clients as a restock person? She will confirm your order but you will not receive it for months and many follow up phone calls. I can only speculate that whoever started this company does absolutely nothing to manage it. Clueless staff, poorly managed. They won't get a dime of my business anymore and I truly hope you do not give them your business. There are plenty of options out there for medical supplies. Pick another, ANY other. I gave these people a few YEARS to get their act together and things only got worse. Take the bad reviews seriously on this one and save yourself frustration, anger and time. You have been warned. * Update 2020. Beware that most of the good reviews of this company seem to be from employees. A little research may lead you to make an educated guess that they are also family members of the owners trying to give at least a few good reviews amid a sea of unhappy customers. Google this corrupt company. They were raided by the FBI and they also did not deliver ventilators that they promised to the state of California during the Covid crisis. How much did these dishonest sharks profit off of your tax dollars during a time of crisis? This is well documented in the local news. I do not wish that people lose their jobs during this difficult time but this company full of greed, corruption, and dishonesty needs to be under a microscope. The owners and management need to be held accountable.

Worse DME company we have dealt with, have had the hardest time getting replacement oxygen tanks, does not seem that they have any after hours service and they do not keep time frams to deliver or replace equipment. Do not recommend these folks at all. Pretty much you are a sitting duck with these folks.

Yeah my wife had a cpap from here. Was using it but, we were having problems with our family, and she stopped using it for a while. We try it again it's shut off. They shut it off and then charged 550 and some odd dollars for it and billed her. Medical covered it. So it was paid for. I guess that's how they treat their patients.
