Received a referal to Dr Shinaman for pain management. I called the office to make an appointment. After several days went by with out a call back I went to the web site to request a call back. I left over one dozen messages and online request for call backs.. After several more days I made an appointment on line. I arrived at the office had my email saying I had an appointment and the receptionist said it did not. She tried to inform me that it was a request for a call back when the email states clearly it is an appointment. Then she said oh it is for another location when it clearly states for the pleasant hill location. They cannot return phone calls and then they lie to cover it up. So unprofessional
