Had a horrible experience with a woman named Sincerli Mesha, can't remember her last name on her name badge, maybe is was dickerson or something like that, but she was the Financial Counselor that I spoke with, she had a decondensing attitude, spoke as if I was a nobody and treated me like I was a nothing, I asked some related questions and seamed to have a rude attitude towards me, it was like she was discriminating against me, she mentioned a term called POC's, I was not sure what that meant until i googled it, people of color is what it means, not sure why she was so prejudice towards me, I did nothing to her. people like this should not be helping or talking to anyone, horrible experience

My nurse from John Muir is very unreliable she likes to change my doctors order for changing my catheter and my wound opened up she doesn’t even care and just assigns another nurse to do her job. I need to know how to change the nurse that is assigned to me at John Muir?

Do not go here! They were unprofessional and illegally charge patients that are free under the healthcare law! Save yourself time, money, and frustration and go to Sutter in Moraga. I happily drive 40 minutes to Sutter and bypass the 20 minute trip here as I know I get quality service and I am not being cheated out of my money. Zero stars would be more appropriate.
