HORRIBLE DON’T GO TO CPAP SOLUTION’s
Husband was diagnosed with sleep apnea
2009 Dr sent orders for supplies to them.
They are a family owned and operated company. Money hungry.After about a year found another company. Cpap solutions will make you life miserable Sleep Apnea is a serious health problem.THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY Do not care about you at all

Who don’t care about YOU at all I can’t enforce that enough ! My daughter at a very young age was in shock when she was diagnosed with sleep apnea very recently
Went to cpap solutions & immediately called Dr to have RX sent elsewhere. They refused to do it. So if you someone you know a loved one a friend would be diagnosed with sleep
Apnea. Tell your Medical Professional not to use this company. They need to be put out of business ASAP. Speak up firmly so nobody has to deal with this nonsense of a company. Can’t even call it that because it is not a good place to go Protect the people you LOVE

My husband went in for a new mask today and was waited on by a short blonde heavy set white lady that needs a new profession. She was impatient, rude, and when we didn't know the specifics about his machine she rolled her eyes, kept exhaling dramaticly, and walked away. Finally another came from the back and after 1 second of looking at the pic of his mask she retrieved it and we were gone. Blonde lady, you need to be fired bc you SUCK at customer service

Follow-up to previous review. When I picked up my supplies today they wore masks. I changed the review stars to reflect this positive change. Thank you CPAP Solutions

I was called yesterday to pick up my replacement CPAP machine. Since this was part of the Phillips recall I was told they would have around 6 customers at a time come in for instructions on how to use it and that Covid precautions and social distancing would be exercised. All of the customers were wearing masks (Thank you), however none of the staff were. In my opinion health care providers should show respect to their customers by following the current CDC recommendations

I have used CPAP solutions for years starting just after my diagnosis of sleep apnea. Each encounter has been professional and efficient. All my needs have been satisfactorily addressed. I recently left Mobile and have established with a local pulmonary physician but have had trouble getting my supply prescription processed. After nearly 2 months of struggling I called CPAP Solutions to see if they could help me. Jennifer worked tirelessly to make sure I was taken care of and I received my supplies in the mail last week. I had an older CPAC machine that had a recall on it from the manufacturer. Received a call from CPAC Solutions said they have a replacement CPAC machine for me. I went today and picked it up, a new CPAC machine (N0 Charge). Very fast service and super nice people working their. A BIG Thank You for helping me.

These guys were super helpful and have a really cool dog that walks around too. I drove an hour one way to use them.
