I've been very happy with Dr. Lane's care and her nurses, but have to agree with others' comments about too many of the desk staff. Glad to hear Dr. Lane is moving to a very highly regarded practice in our area. They are gaining a gem.

Dr Ashley Lane is a great doctor and would highly recommend her. The front desk is terrible and appears that no one supervises them. I have tried several times to reach her nurse and have left messages with no returned calls. I have been referred to specialist and when I call the specialist they do not have the referral paper work. This has happened more than once. Hope management addresses this concern.

Dr Lane was recommended by a therapist, L. Gaultney, LPC. This Doctor not only listened to my concerns, she immediately began to assist my concerns and needs. My blood work was checked and double checked, medications were updated, and took the time to explain my conditions. I didn't feel rushed nor pressured nor uncomfortable. She was sincerely concerned of my mental health and health issues and concerns. Her staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. My wait time was very short and once inside the room, Dr. Lane was visiting within four minutes. I highly recommend Dr A. Lane to those seeking a Great Doctor. Five Stars!

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Lane. She was recommended by another physician and we are very thankful to have her as our primary care doctor. She is very personable and professional. Her staff is also courteous and professional.

This lady has no compassion whatsoever for her patients. I was sick and came into her office for an appointment. I was told my appointment had been rescheduled because of the P.A.
she was not there. I asked if my Doctor was there and they said yes. I asked if I could see her because i was still having problems. The receptionist told me she stated for me to the emergency room and be seen. Also, Needed paper done for a procedure they filled out with the wrong dates,then refused to filled it out again.......please think twice before going to this lady.

Dr. Lane is by far the best physician I have seen in years. She took time to listen and review my medical history. She treated an ongoing problem and treated me with attention and care. I highly recommend!!!!

Only because I waited 30 minutes on hold to get a prescription. After 30 minutes on hold I bet I heard your wait time is 4 minutes 15+ times ?‍♀️ when I did get a “ person” I said, I need to get a prescription called in please from Dr.Lane and the girl said let me get you over to her nurse. I was still saying hello? Hello? And NEVER talked to any nurse or got to leave a message. I’m being nice the the 3 star ⭐️ on the answering service JC
