Dont bother coming here.
I’ve been coming here for a few years and they can never give me an answer to my health concerns. All they say is ‘everything looks fine’, or ‘ill call you if i think of anything’.

It took them months to even make a referral to be seen by a specialist. I had to hound them about it.

They’ll keep you here for like 2 hours, waiting to see a doctor, but god forbid you arrive a little late to your appointment.

Go anywhere else. This clinic is trash. You’re better off going to church and praying for good health.

do not go here! dangerous practice!! they caused me to faint while taking my blood after I warned them I would many times. after telling them i felt like i was going to faint with the needle in my arm they forced me to stand up and then let me fall and hit the back of my head on the ground, and after all that lost my blood work. they all have thick accents and no one I was able to understand over all gave me extreme trauma

I got assigned to this doctor when I switched insurance.
First off let me say the nurses and front office staff are
all very nice. However, I'm giving 1 star because I got
blood work done here and was told to make an
appointment in 1 week to receive the results. I was a
little surprised because usually I received blood test
results via phone or email/app. But I made an
appointment, came back a week later, and paid another
copay. When the doctor saw me, he told me that "he
doesn't know what happened with the order but my
blood and results weren't available and I have to repeat
the blood tests." This was very frustrating because I took
time off and paid a copay for this appointment. I had to
re-do the blood tests in hopes they don't lose my blood
again. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Everyone was very kind. All of my questions that I previously had before coming were also answered. And the medicine prices were very accesible.

Lety is a great person, attentive and humble, she is one of the reasons we as family visit this clinic for almost 9 years. Great service, great dentist and her assistant Alley was wonderful and very kind

I been here for years I Love La Dr. Ruiz she is amazing with my 4 Gutierrez kids. I love that she specializes with kids that have Autism. I would gave it 5 stars, but my only issue is with how Letty the one in charge of authorizations. I lived in Montebello and she would send me to places far away to the other side of the world. Now I live in Covina and she sends me even further away. The last conversation I had with her she said well find your own doctor and let me know. Like that's her job not mine I just feel she do t take time to fi d a good place she just picks whatever pops up on her little screen. I jaut can deal with that lady at all.

Honestly I would give this place 0 stars if it wasn't for Aracely she was helpful, friendly, and professional at all times she would always fix every nurses mistakes.But to be honest if you're pregnant do not go to this place this place was a very bad experience. To start off the nurses are so unprofessional and irresponsible I would go in with an appointment just so that they would tell me that my OBGYN had left and this happened atleast 5 times and to make it worse in my last trimester and when the OB was there i would wait almost 2 hours for him to see me.They would give me the wrong address to the wrong places and would forget to give me my appointments. I missed so many tests because of them. My OB Dr. Vo literally doesn't care about you he just walks in talks to you for 3-4 minutes and then leaves. I went through depression and anxiety during 6 months of my pregnancy and when I asked him if it was because of my pregnancy he said "no it has nothing to do with it" and then I learned that yes in fact these mental illnesses happen to about 20% of pregnant women. I didn't get the help I needed because he didn't have the time to refer me to someone even after I cried to him like 5 times. He wanted to induce me a day after my due date even though my pregnancy was perfect except for the deppression. To top it off he wasn't even there when I had my baby. Please don't go here.

This clinic is a circus, I had no appointment but there were people in the waiting area with appointments complaining about why arent there appointments being honored. I felt sorry for some of these people which included elderly, children and mothers to be. When I heard the complaining from more than one patient I lost all hope for my name to be called . Ultimately, after 3 hours of waiting I was called in to an examination room, 5 minutes later I was moved to the EKG room, 10 min later I was moved back to an examination room. At this moment every minute waiting seemed to be an hour long. I waited another 10 min and the nurse finally came in to review my chart from my previous visit. The nurse asked if I would like to see a male or female doctor..? At this point I didn't only need a general Doc. but, a head doctor as well. These people were driving me crazy.! After, the nurse left I waited another 30 min for a female or male doctor to see me which never came. I finally lost my mind and walked out of the examination room got in my car and speedway, at this point i had tooken my $20.00 co pay as a loss justed lIke my time. Maybe, they could use this money and invest in an office manager. I also want to mention that while in the last waiting room, you could hear the nurses and doctors cackling in the hallway with personal issues which had nothing to do with there patients, I noticed this to be an unprofessional environment especially for those patients whom are possibly dealing with terminal conditions. The people are freindly, but friendly doesn't help a person's medical condition. I just hope I don't have a heart attack over this experience and I don't recommend this clinic unless you have hours to spare but as a patient your clock is probably ticking and you might be running out of time. I don't think you want to spend your last hours of life waiting to possibly be seen.
