Sean H. And Octavia were assigned to transport my friend from Los Alamitos Hospital today. I briefed them on his condition, back pain and anxiety and they were attentive, respectful and kind. They transported my friend safely and carefully and made sure to tell the new facility how he was doing w/O2 levels and more. They have my appreciation and respect.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They haven't grasped the basic concepts of dispatching and scheduling their ambulance pickups beyond a window of SIX HOURS. That's how long they made my 92-year-old mother wait anxiously in a hospital for a 10-minute ride, making her travel after 10 pm to arrive home, after being told at 3:30 she was being discharged from a hospital after a 10-day stay. The team members were professional and caring, but they work for a company that is not. If given a choice as to what transport options to use to or from a hospital, choose ANY OTHER COMPANY, it could not possibly take longer, be more unresponsive, or be worse.👎😡

Their billing/collections department is incredibly incompetent. I paid my bill in full and continue to get past due notices from them and they never answer the phone when I call so I leave a voicemail. I’m about to have my lawyer act

The most appalling service ever experienced. Delayed by over 3 hours awaiting transfer to hospital for broken hip. Driver said it was due to poor scheduling and miscommunication. They put patients life at risk.

HORRIBLE I mean HORRIBLE customer service. Spoke to a Jennifer who let me know she was training the three times I called and I let her know her "transfer" kept hanging up on me. By the third call another woman answered and just let me know "if billing isn't answering that isn't our problem we can only transfer you and that's it".... before giving me a chance to respond, she transfered my call and guess what. Yup, got hung up on again. Shame cus their recorded line says they "care about their customers" but the actual people answering the calls say otherwise. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

If I could give no stars or negative I would. I finally get my wife asleep and they come in with a new patient. Cussing and swearing, disrespecting the facility they are at. Scaring the daylights out of my wife. The three that came South Coast Global tonight were the most unprofessional crew that I’ve ever seen in any industry, maybe they should look for a job in garbage since that’s basicly how they treat the patients in there responsibility. Hard to believe these guys met any qualifications to care for anyone.

This is one of the worst company ever. Bad customer services. Everyone their hates their job. They are late and refuse to talk to patient’s family members or even the patient when calling. I wanted to cancel the service and they would not allow it and only the PCP can do it. If we had changes, we are not allowed to tell them, only the PCP but if the change to dialysis appointment was change, what is a person to do? The PCP’s office is closed. I just got a call from the PCP office stating that Lifeline called me a liar. Lifeline stated to the PCP office that patient’s and family members are allowed to speak to them and make changes. That is completely untrue and dishonest. This company should be put out of business.
