I just want to say thank you Dr. Symonett for everything? I've been a patient of Symonett Family Med Group for 14+ yrs now & I'm not going anywhere else. He's such a good Dr & person. Very Spiritual & he loves to talk. But one thing for sure? You are going to be taking care of. He's a very good listener as well. Unable to reach staff by phone. Staff have lost my kids documents/misfiled documents. I've been calling to make a check up appointment for weeks. Appointment line disconnects and hangs up saying "unable to forward call" I press 0 for operator and it rings for over 10 minutes before I finally hang up. If the Dr wants so great with my kids I would've gone somewhere else a long time ago. At this point unable to reach anyone for an appointment I might be forced to finally change their doctor. Very disappointed.

This place is slow as hell, just what are the doctors and the staff doing that patients are waiting for to be checked on for hours. This clinic deserves to be shut down. The doctor that own this place isn't taking responsibility to attend to his patients when they're waiting in the waiting rooms for hours. I highly don't recommend this place at all.

If they ever send you here for an appointment, it's best that you reschedule some place else than here.

Friendly back staff but the reception has no professionalism. No one smiled or greeted, or even kept you posted on the wait time and why it takes so long! I work in a medical office so I know how important it is to keep patients informed. They could definitely do better at customer service. Be prepared to Wait! Our appt is at 9....it's 1220! So much for work and school

Would love to give this place zero stars because one star is way too high. DO NOT COME HERE! If you care about your health, have an immigration labs , or anything that is important GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place will take your money, your entire day, and not give you what you need. The office is dirty, the staff is past rude, the doctor is more intrested in preaching sermons than examining you.
