It’s been a while since I went to this place.
I would say almost 4 years ago. Went down there to get a quick fingerprint background check done, and the service was amazing. I met this very nice worker named Calvin, not sure if he’s there anymore, but he was so kind. Made the experience very seamless explained how it would work, since it was my first time getting fingerprinted.
I’ve been thinking about going down there again and saying hi to him to thank him for his service.

I would give a zero star if I could! I was discriminated today 3/30/20 intentionally by an employee name "lee"! I Had an appointment : walked in, was rudely checked in ; there was only one Hispanic guy ahead of me.While I was waiting to be called, one Hispanic lady walked in,checked in with her .after the Hispanic guy, I was to be called but since I was a black young woman with nappy hair, she called the Hispanic lady before me right in my face then rudely slammed the door behind her. Absolutely terrible and staff was very unprofessional and racist! I would not recommend this place to anyone! And I will definitely file a complaint against her!

Doesn't have adequate staff for female drug testing. Do not do testing on Mondays. And when I went the gentleman said he would not give me a receipt stating I was there. Hours changed as well 8-12 & 1-3. Also an issue with this location..DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Get here at 7:30 bring a money order, credit or debit card, or check as they don't accept cash. State ID and birth certificate or passport. They will get you in and out quickly.

The folks at EMSI were professional, courteous, and exceptionally fast. I was in and out in under 15 minutes with no appointment. Would most definitely recommend.
