My son is seen here by ms sarah everyone is really nice except for the girl on the left in the front desk my last experience here earlier this month was not the best. The young girl at the front desk was rude and dismissive she was on her phone the entire time doing arts and crafts on her desk which isnt out of the ordinary ive had this experience with her almost every-time i come, she rolls her eyes, shell refuse to open her window and say she cant hear so shell have the other girl with the color hair to help me instead which is a better experience for me, or shell flat out ignore me but this time it was past disrespectful i normally dont leave reviews but i feel as a place of mental health thered be people with at least a positive attitude. Since then ive been thinking of home visits or even switching to a different facility all together since i never feel comfortable coming in

Not satisfied with their service. Try to get help for my son who a minor. I spoke about an incident that happened two months ago with my son dad and girlfriend. They ended up calling cps like someone wants to be bothered with stuff like that. My son wasn't hurt I was attacked in front him. For the start all they was talking about cps and etc. The therapist he had was like I am a mandate reporter I said so I am to. Like I know what that is, I felt like she was talking to me like I didn't know anything. Wouldn't recommend at all because the second appointment the second therapist complained about how much toys my son had.

Always late, canceling appointments and not giving a heads up. People have things to do, they shouldn't have to wait around for a no show. I don't like having interns because they are known for being unreliable as they are not paid and it is on their time. But if an intern is unreliable it is usually the supervisor's fault. Common courtesy to call if you won't come for home visit. This place is very slow in getting things done, including the intake process. I'm actually thinking about finding somewhere much better. Any place is better than here and West End Family Counseling is actually closer. I don't even care if they have tons of extras or not...At least it won't be a constant source of frustration if they don't give me an intern. Just transfer my child's file and we'll be through. Keep it moving as they say.

They do not understand the youth of today nor do they try to understand. They are out of touch with the direction mental health is going. They do not know simple terms and come off ignorant to today's youth. Maybe for older generations but I'll never allow a child to be alone with them.
