While this is a great asset to the community, there is a serious lack of professionalism, especially with regard to scheduling. MULTIPLE clients are REPEATEDLY given incorrect days and times to arrive for appointments, only to show up and be told THEY had the times wrong and that the doctors are "on vacation"... "ON VACATION," apparently, is a valid excuse for scheduling errors. Not only are they making an already vulnerable population feel unsupported, but they're wasting client's time and money when the client expends scarce resources on cab fare/Lyft rides. Get your act together and stop blaming clients for your screw ups!

I have come here since 2008 on and off. When I showed up I was in crisis and in post partum after my last child. Ever since then I always encourage friends to seek help because I know what services like OMI provides is extremely helpful. It's 2023 and I still receive assistance with mental health and I am extremely grateful for this place and it's staff.

Terrible customer service the lady asain no customer service lets the phone ring ring when she is sitting right there.. She asked who gave you the number duh.. Its a clinic.
