The service personal was very polite and helpful. The machine was serviced and we were shown how to clean filters which we did not know even existed! Tubing and tanks were provided as requested. We were very pleased with the care we received.

The medical equipments were delivered after 1 day of my mother released from the hospital. Only 1 part was missing out of 4 items delivered. Please check for missing parts before the delivery person leaves. It was delivered and brought in partially assembled on a Friday. Awaiting for Monday to request the missing part to be delivered or mailed, or have an exchange.
Return service was also fantastic. I called and the next morning someone came and picked up the equipments: electric bed; wheelchair with leg rest and a pair of long pole for the breaks. Desassembed in less than 15 min.
The part that was missing was sent right away.
