I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment, which was at 10:20. I left the facility at 12 PM. For a simple routine eye check up (not buying frames), the amount of time it took is absolutely unacceptable. Best part: i have to go back to pick up my lenses.
I was helped by a lovely young lady - I was her first patient to help, and she did not have any assistance from her more senior colleagues. The simple tests that usually take 10 minutes ended up taking 40. I then had to wait for the doctor to be done with a patient whose appointment was at 11 - AFTER mine.
I asked them, very nicely, twice if we could please expedite this as it is a work day and I did not expect it to take this long. No apologies, no expedition.
I will not be going back, it was by far the worst experience.

Personnel is friendly however, 2nd Doctor was late for my appointment, my prescription for my contacts ordered was wrong because my original Doctor who knew of my request wasn't able to fulfill her appointment with me and I wasn't informed of her absence ahead of time. Staff offered trial lenses to help me get by until I received my mail order, but forgot to give them to me. When I returned after work to get them, I had to wait a long time for the staff to find them . My prescription further more could not be corrected because there was not Doctor on site. Many mistakes that cost me my valuable time. I honestly can't give a positive review on this experience.

A friendly and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices, a fast turnaround time for my new glasses, and Dr. Mark was very thorough with her exam. My family has a history of eye problems, but I feel like I am in good hands. Thank you all for a great experience.
