Amazing service. I went in sick today and on the verge of tears and everyone was so kind and helpful. The check in lady, the nurse, the doctor, and the check out lady all gave amazing service. I left feeling a bit better and have made it back home to Canada. Thanks so much!

Racist comments and lack of professionalism.

Yesterday I had an unpleasant experience in this place, thanks to them my immigration case has been delayed and I went back and forth with them 3 times and they only disassociated themselves from the situation. After talking to other people I asked for to talk with MD. Bello (I was looking for help with a person who speak Spanish to explain better my situation) and his first comment when approaching me at the reception was "it seems you don't understand English" with a very rude tone of voice, when I spoke to him in Spanish, he told me that he would not speak Spanish even knowing that my first language is not English. Every PROFESSIONAL place you go offers you at least the interpreter service and they didn't do it. The supervisor is a pretty rude person, I have had experiences with her forgot her name in the past also on the phone, I don't know how these people can work in a clinic, nor how a doctor can make those types of comments when the main reason for the population Latina goes to that clinic precisely BECAUSE THEY OFFER SERVICES IN SPANISH. They offered to make new documentation but they want me to pay again for an error that was theirs from the beginning. Would you pay twice for a mistake you didn't make?
If there is anyone who has had the same experience or something similar please do not hesitate to contact me for a class action lawsuit against this place.

Great experience here! walked in and did not have to wait very long. Nicole was so incredibly nice - one of the best patient care experiences I have ever had. She answered all my questions and took her time making sure I felt cared for. Wish I could visit her regularly!

Great service and information about the country I'm traveling to (Costa Rica). I was able to get an appointment within a couple days. They also are trying to bill my insurance first (vs. first having me try to be reimbursed), which I appreciate. And they validate airport parking (which made parking free).

They literally mixed up my account with someone else and tried to give me a shot. She explained it was a followup to a shot I had gotten a few months back. I told her I hadn't been to this clinic in years. After some back and forth, the nurse pulled up a paper and asked if this was my signature... she had pulled up the wrong papers, with the WRONG signature, and still written my name on it! I can't make up this level of sloppiness. Afterwards, I was sent to the waiting room to wait some more, and I was called in by another nurse, who seemed to know her stuff. I told her about what had just happened, and she was quite shocked. I didn't catch the name of the original nurse, but when you go there, have a look at their papers, and make sure they have the right person pulled up. Remember, she wrote the wrong name on a paper with a different signature!

Me and my family of 4 planned a trip to Africa earlier this year. The SFO clinic is very convenient to where we live. So we went to take the necessary vaccinations prior to traveling. Great location, excellent staff, and very nice facilities!

Incredibly slow. I ended up NOT being able to get the shot I'd signed up for days before, because with the staff's delays plus the 15-minute observation time (staff would not budge on this - understandable but frustrating with all their other delays), I risked missing my international flight.

There's zero signage/instructions, crowd management or attentiveness to people arriving - they allow & somehow fail the notice a queue outside the vaccine table - which makes it not at all obvious that you're supposed to sign in and do paperwork inside first. I waited 20 minutes right next to the guy doing the injecting before he noticed my presence and told me I had to sign in inside first.
He was taking his sweet time chatting with another person, which is great, but not when there's a line of other people waiting around. He told, among other stories, how someone all the way from Taiwan had come to get a shot here, and asking him if he could be quick about it so they'd make their flight - hmmmmm, maybe that should be a hint

The inside was out of hand sanitiser at the desk, and despite the sign to socially distance, they place chairs right next to the fountain on the exit path in a way that creates a tripping hazard if someone is seated there, and is definitely not accessible.

Also, the staff who gave me paperwork said she had to hold onto my ID while I signed forms, then 3 minutes later LOST my ID (in an airport!) and had to search around the office for another 10 mins! Absolutely ridiculous. Don't come here unless you have a lot of time to kill.
