My experience at ABClinic was excellent. Dr. Rigsby is very professional and knowledgeable. This clinic is not like the average medical office that schedules numerous visits simultaneously, so she has the time to answer any questions that arise. The building was neat clean and her staff was helpful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in search of a through, skilled, and competent primary care provider.

This is your one-stop shop for health care! The facility is welcoming and the staff are professional. My experience was grand! The Family NP was very thorough during my visit. I didnt feel as if I was a number. She answered my questions during my visit and I recieved a follow-up to ensure that everything discussed was going according to my healthcare plan. Very good experience!
Dr. Amy Davis is wonderful!! She has great bedside manner. She makes me feel like I'm her only patient, makes me feel like I really matter. You're not rushed out or dismissed. God Bless her!!

Called after hours because my prescription is not being filled to Medicaid request. The after hour representative, a caucasian woman was VER RUDE, NASTY AND UNHELPFUL. She hung up on me why explaining to her that I need the DR. to approve my refills in order for Medicaid to pay it. Keep in mind the office is closed on 7/30/19. The unprofessional witch hung up on me. I called back and asked did she hang up on me she stated it's a few of them but her name was DARLENE and doesn't have anything to do with my situation. I will not stop until I get this handled. She should not be answering phones for no one. I've had two call the last two times about my medication, I can never get it on time, I will be switching. This is awful.

The lady that was taking my blood had no clue what she was doing she hurt me horribly this place is subpar at best. I heard a young man with special needs in the room next to me screaming while she was taking his blood. I wanted to cry because kept telling him to be still but I'm sure she was hurting him too. They never got me the neurologist referral I needed while experiencing extreme pain after having Covid. They didn't really do anything but charge Medicaid.

Hard to get refills, every 5 months have to tell a different person what meds I take and spell it out for them. what happened to the database. Hard to contact these people. Bad excuse for a doctor's office if you value your life, this is not the place to go. I've left messages with answering service. This is getting old. Bad service.

Everytime I go to this clinic they get something wrong! Then when I call about it the receptionist NEVER tell the Doctor. They absolutely forgot to send my prescriptions in and I’m getting worse Then they have sent the WRONG prescription in and never answer the phone or have a voicemail. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME GOING BACK.
