I feel Joyous cares more about money than it does its patients.

I set an appointment, and it was canceled because once I signed up, I noticed I got spammed daily via text and email. I blocked the texts and immediately got an email stating I requested to cancel. I tried calling Joyous but was merry with a voice message to text or email.

I sent both a text and email requesting my appointment to be upheld and asked why it was canceled. Joyous stated it was canceled because I blocked my texts. I stated I was spammed with 7 texts and 4 emails in 3 days and don't want to get spammed. Joyous stayed that was part of the deal.

Joyous refused to uphold my appointment, so I rescheduled. In my first appointment, the provider did not show and, when reaching out to support, received no response or fix. I rescheduled again, and the same occurred. I was at the online appointment, and the provider no showed again. The third time it happened, I gave up on Joyous. Each time, I waited 10-15 min.

I reached out to Joyous to request a dependable provider. Joyous responded and claimed my appointments were scheduled, but I was waiting to ve accepted. They never responded to my provider change request.

I call nonsense. I scheduled 3 appointments, held 2, and no provider showed, even after being given the time/ date / provider.
I reached out and still have not heard back.

Clearly, Joyous does not care with their blueprint about patients or veterans like myself.

Customer support is virtually non-existent; no one answers questions, and any attempt to raise concerns is met with unresponsiveness

I found another company that booked me an appointment that day, showed me to the appointment, and didn't spam me.

I suggest you look for another company that cares.

I have found that Joyous is a supportive community for my ketamine experience. I have never had a problem with shipping and receive my monthly dose timely. I have had an issue with getting some information from them and found it difficult to actually connect with someone to talk with about my issue(s). Overall, however, I have gotten many benefits from the medicine, unlike everything else I've tried in my life, and finally feel some peace within myself. It's best for my anxiety and not so much my depression, but hoping that will change.

I have been a Joyous patient for almost a year now, and the change that it has made in my life has been deeply positive. The micro-dose medication program has helped raise me out of debilitating depression into a state in which I can actually make decisions and follow through with them.

I'm not happy all the time, no -- but I'm more *aligned* with happiness as a mind/body state and it's easier to see when I'm not in alignment, either from situational stress or some other reason, and come back into alignment with my happiness and peace again. That's the most precious gift this program has given me, and I'd do it again a thousand times over. It's worth every single penny to me and more.

As I have said soooo many times I am so incredibly grateful I found Joyous. A year or so ago I was at such a low point in my life and since starting with Joyous it's been a slow (yet awesome) progression and journey of steadily mentally feeling better in general about myself and in turn that has also helped me physically. Life will never be perfect but that's just the way life is but now I look at things differently and in a more positive light with more clarity and happiness. I really am so grateful for this company and the people who I've either talked to personally or been involved with in any way because they've all been great and so helpful. If I could give a hundred stars I would. I now have happiness and hope in my life again 💚

Before Joyous I was doing Spravato (nasal spray ketamine) which was such a hassle. Scheduling appointments, needing someone to drive (required), and spending 3 hours at the treatment facility was all such a pain. Discovering Joyous was a huge relief. The medication is shipped to my home where I can take it at the most convenient time for me. Joyous staff works to establish the best dose for me and they monitor the progression of my symptoms. They are also easy to reach if I have any questions. It has been great.

After being with Joyous for well over six months, I took a break. Because I saw so much improvement with my anxiety, particularly my social anxiety, my mood, back pain as well as reduced alcohol cravings (in fact, I ended up quitting drinking), I recently signed up again for maintenance. I did a lot of research on other companies and higher dosing and for me low-dose therapy is the way to go, I also like how on top of things they are and not a fly-by-night company! Five stars for sure!
