do not use this terrible practice. I have done the investigation and ultimately they are committing Medicaid and Medicare fraud. They have yet to send me all the money that I have ever paid as they were demanded by United Heath Care to do since they are in breach of unethical negligence and fraudulent practices. They are in contract with the state and federal government SO there’s no telling how long these people have been doing this to The most vulnerable group of individuals that actually need help. This is an a common cold type of situation. Dr. Jan is a great doctor and ultimately has been completely Done wrong in so many ways but mainly these patients that are supposed to be getting care but ultimately have been used abused even more so the most vulnerable group of people of all by not Dr. Jan, but these people Emily and Brian that are morbid and bank off of lies and corruption. They are the worst kind of people that you could ever imagine if you actually sit and think about what these people are doing to so many sick patients and how long they’ve gotten away with it! I will fight for everyone tooth and nail before they continue this evil practice of using sick patients for their personal gain. I am not afraid as they have threatened me. And tried many ways make sure that I’m silenced but never will I back down from this! They have done everything they could do to me and I promise you and everyone else , I have the paper trail. I have everything I need to make sure that Justice is served. Do not go with prestige medical LLC out of Mobile OR Pensacola, Dr. Jan Salaberg is great but the people that own Practice are
money hungry greedy disgusting dishonest unholy pathetic in every aspect of evil. They should never see the light of day and should be in prison the rest of their life in a prison cell for what they are doing and have done to the sick. Hopefully,we will get that verdict because I will not allow anymore people to suffer from these kind of greedy hateful cold hearted inhumane individuals.

You made me go through serious health symptoms the pharmacy told you seriousness, of med.I am on that’s not even a narcotic and ultimately is labeled on the bottle as could cause death especially when I have had seizures! You’re not going to act like you did me a favor when I had to literally call and investigate for months with UHC and finally was told by UHC it was a law suit and very much a fraud case! You wanna sit and think you’re not morbid or still doing most ALL patients this way. Sad to me you would even think to respond to this knowingly how much you have lied and dodged the issues hand up block me threaten me and then ban me from seeing my doctor bc accountability for choices you made? Some nerve. That’s even more disgusting and is another reason why your choosing to ignore the patients health and worry about that cash when you will not need it when your behind bars bc LLC is the practice and you can file bankruptcy, but the serious civil case against you will not save you from being sued or held accountable for you and your actions and Brian’s and whomever is behind this is and will not get away with it. You should have sent the invoice out of my statement and you wouldn’t even be in this issue because I wasn’t pressing it. You’re the ones that were being ignorant and think that you’re above people that you thought was an addict! I’m not an addict that’s even more reason for me to come after you, it isn’t about the money but it’s about peoples lives that are sick most vulnerable! I’m messing with fire that you sparked and imma put it out. I’m a survivor and you won’t get away with the things you’ve done to people that don’t have a voice sorry not sorry really messed around n found out that I am not the one you think you can bully! Dr. Jan is sick and you both take advantage of him bc it’s his NPI. Shame ur parts!

I would give them 5 stars, but they are really bad at answering the phone. It took me 3 days to get Someone to answer without hanging up on me. But once I got my appointment they have the friendliest staff and are so helpful and understanding towards their patients. I think this place really helps people and I’m very appreciative of them.

This office is almost perfect, with one major flaw. The wait time is not extremely long compared to the other two offices I have experience with. The current physician assistant (as of October 2021) is really nice, empathetic, and so far seems knowledgeable. They don’t push your taper past ur breaking point, but ultimately the goal should be to come off comfortably with low relapse rate. The office is clean and thoughtfully organized and decorated. The front desk attendant is incredibly nice. On the flip side, I’ve never struggled with prior authorizations like I have with this office. I have to call every single month and push them to do it, and they usually have an attitude that they get to it when they get to it, it doesn’t matter if you are without medication and have people and children who rely on you, or they just hang up on me entirely. If there was one thing I could fix about this office it would be prior authorizations and the people who don’t do them in a timely fashion. If you’re paying your fee, passing your drugs screens, showing up to appointments on time and meeting every expectation, but going with out ur medication for any amount of time(my longest has been 4 days) bc the office can’t meet yours… is that a good relationship? If this would change it would be a 5 star establishment.

I really wish they would go back to paper prescriptions this electronic stuff causes problems and anytime I have a problem they never have time to deal with it which is really frustrating ..because not being able to get your meds is determinental to having a normal day
