The lady that administered my mammogram was absolutely awesome! I was so nervous because I thought it would hurt, plus so self conscious because of my weight; but she made me feel so comfortable and it went so fast. I love her! Everyone there was so nice and friendly. I will always come here

Fast, Friendly, and Professional Care! There and back in 2 hours including being put unconscious (anesthesia) and round-trip travel time. I expected it to take 3 or 4 hours. Pleasant surprise. My volunteered chauffeur very much appreciated it. You can't beat that kind of service. It pays to answer the online questionnaire, fill out my personal medication list, and submit all insurance information prior to the appointment. I expect it'll be even easier my second visit. Thanks everyone!

The East Alabama Medical Center was a great experience. I felt loved and cared for by the staff; as everyone was nice and friendly. All staff (Surgery Team) showed concern and talk to me before and after going into surgery. One nurse even told my grandmother; we will treat her as one of our own; and the anesthesiologist came in and explained how and what was going to happen while being administered anesthesia. The facility was clean and organized.

My MRI visit was a great experience. The staff were beyond nice. So so helpful. The facility is very nice and bright. And the art! Uplifting. The receptionists and the MRI attendant- make sure you are taking care of them ‘cause they would be an asset to any business!

We just enjoyed the birthday of our daughter at EAMC, during the pregnancy, we had many visits from false alarms, glucose levels, and extra monitoring to finally experiencing the arrival of our baby. Every visit was 5 star rated, every staff member we encountered were professional, compassionate, and upheld outstanding service skills. My husband and I both agreed that this hospital has incredible standards that other facilities would greatly benefit from. Thank you for taking care of us like family and providing phenomenal medical care.

The front desk representative was a delight! Warm and welcoming in every way.
The lab tech who did my blood draw was incredibly skillful. I experienced no pain at all and somehow didn't bruise afterward (unheard of for me!)
Overall a practically perfect experience. I would give many more than 5 stars if possible!!

Staff friendly, polite and professional. I have one concern. I’ve been in for deep cleaning twice and the procedure is not done. I was supposed to come in 1 time. I was told they needed 2 hours, so next time I was told the same thing. Initial fee was 463.00, and I’ve paid 400.00 and change and still not finished. I want to know the cost for the final cleaning? Please…
