Liffey Health instilled so much hope that was lost over the years while trying to find the right treatment that actually works. They provided so much care and support during one of the most traumatic and challenging times of my life. They were with me every step of the way. They earned my trust, utmost respect, and love. Most times, this felt like the only safe space I had to heal, grow, process, and learn. Sometimes it really was the only space. Consistency is what I needed and consistency is what they gave me. My full health (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) was supported and tended to. Whatever it is that you need for you, they will fight for you like you are THEIR loved one and help you meet those needs for yourself. I’m not going to vouch for a thing unless I believe in it. I really believe in what they’re doing over there at Liffey Health. If you’re reading this, this is the place where you will heal and grow. If you show up and do the work, you won’t lose. Liffey is truly a wonderful place. The staff are all well informed and competent at providing IOP services. As a healthcare provider myself I can’t praise this place enough. When I entered Liffey I wasn’t sure that I was capable of still serving in healthcare. When I left with an education and with tools that truly taught me to support myself during the tragedies I often see. The paraffin at Liffey really care and they are truly good people. I wish this was a mandatory curriculum for all healthcare settings.

From the moment I walked into Liffey Health I was treated with kindness and care. The place is small, but cozy. It's very clean and organized. There are snacks provided to program attendees!

On the initial screening, I felt like these were providers that cared about me and could help me.

If you read through their website, and if any of your struggles that they treat resonate with you, then know that this is a safe place to learn the skills on how to cope and manage.

It is a safe place to explore potential areas of growth and roadblocks. The program is engineered in such a way that it cultivates a culture of emotional and physical safety. You are treated with kindness, empathy and compassion when you are vulnerable here.

There are group sessions, individual therapy sessions, and psychiatric check-ins.

You will be assigned an individual therapist who will work with you on a personalized treatment plan.

Different topics for groups will be divided amongst different days (Examples can include, Process groups, Psychological Educational groups, skills training groups, creative expression etc.)

You will learn A LOT, and there will probably be a ton of handouts.

And surprisingly, it's really nice to be part of a group. I sometimes feel I learn just as much and feel just as supported from my group mates as I do the providers. I'm probably going to miss this aspect the most.

I will always cherish my time spent here. I can say with certainty that they have changed my life for the better.

This is a great place, a safe and non-judgemental environment for group therapy with individual therapy and psychiatrist. Sean Dyal is the executive director and he is very nice and supportive person. Marla Koenig is the Clinical director and she is very supportive. I had Jaclyn Warren as my individual therapist and she was a great therapist, she was also one of the therapists in the group therapy. I highly recommend this place to anybody who is trying to find a great place for Intensive Outpatient Program to feel good.
