They are AWESOME! Lesley is the BEST, I didn't even feel it when she put my I/V in. ?The whole staff is great, very professional and very kind. Miss Betty and Miss Kita need a raise too. I would recommend this place to EVERYBODY!

It was my first appt with them, and yes you do have paper work to fill out, it took me a little longer because of do have back issues and very severe pain, i had to move turn in my chair several times and move to a different chair due to my back but once I was thr with my paper work it didnt long for me to be called back for labs while back thr i membered i forgot i didnt list 2 meds and told the nurse thr that she was very nice about it said she would let them know, she did go ahead and put me in room and i was very thankful for that because sitting puts pressure on my spine and its very painful, when Dr. Royer did come in she went over all the records that was sent to her and i really liked her you can tell she really cares, and i am glad that that i was referred to them all the staff was friendly thank you.

First, everyone is very nice but there has to be more than nice.....my wait time ranges from 60+ minutes or more from my scheduled appointment time. I asked why this always happens and was told they triple books their appointments. I understand the need to financially support the day to day operations but this delay is a huge inconvenience for patients. Especially those that must arrange rides. Second, medication refills are now sent electronically at the end of the day. Again, patients who have arranged rides for appointments now must do so again for a late pharmacy pickup.
Please do better.

Just had a knee revision surgery and they would not let my surgeon prescribe me anything. Went from Fri to Wednesday with nothing, then these people gave me one pill every 12 hours for after surgery pain...My other doctors recommend me to see another pain center and also said it would be a wonder if my surgery failed because of lack of pain control, especially since I will have to have physical therapy for over 6 to 12 months..DON'T GO HERE, THEY ARE CRUEL AND THE DOCTORS OATH IS TO HELP PATIENTS..THEY ARE A JOKE...

They never have an appointment less than 3 weeks out, then will cancel your appointment the day of.
Update, rescheduled 5 weeks out, they canceled my appointment again and did not contact me, found out when I showed up for my appointment. I will be taking me business elsewhere.

Today my wife was told she had a choice to use this place or be discharged due to they want to do back surgery on her. She told them she already had an established neurosurgeon in Birmingham. Barritt told my wife that either they become her surgeon or will not do her pain management. DO NOT GO HERE.

They treat u like you're faking ur pain and demanded that i go to therapy. I'm not a pill head, but i do know what meds help me. It's ridiculous. Most patients look like crack head's. And I'm not one, i stopped going.
