Oasis healthcare has the most wonderful staff. Everything is right where you're going to need it. Blood work, x-rays, rheumatologist, cardiologist, yearly wellness check clinic. I have SCAN insurance and I am so very happy with my care.

My dad was going here for about 2 years ended up having lung cancer. It was still stage one. Started the process of getting all paperwork and just kept getting the run around. He ended up passing 9 months after being diagnosed. This facility didn't care

Horrible unprofessional phone follow up I’m always more than 3 days to refilled meds approvals ? If the pharmacy call for authorization on Fridays ? Forget it mission impossible !!! more than 50 min on the phone and finally to be informs that my PCP is off they will call me back

Adding to my existing post…. As my medical needs increase the more I believe that desert oasis healthcare is only in the business of making a profit and not caring for patients. I have had to fight every step of the way for my cancer care. I have to travel three hours each direction to a specialist. Desert oasis healthcare has a” Customer service department” that really only transfers calls to another department. They never try to help. They never try to solve issues. every year. I have problems with the billing department. the wellness center staff is the only exception. It seems like other staff are unhappy as they are rude, They don’t listen they hang up on you. They don’t return phone calls. General advice would be this is a great place if you don’t need a doctor or healthcare.!!!!!

A patient of DOHC for 18 yrs, I’m appreciative of the care from my PCP, Dr Kruba and the entire staff of the Wellness Clinic. As an organization/management team, DOHC has rapidly declined re: patient care and advocacy. If looking for a new provider, go to EISENHOWER !!! DOHC’s objective= increase profit margin

This review is specifically for Sutter. I won't even call you a doctor. Moment she walked in she was scowling. No greeting. Fine, whatever. Asks me if I have any other paperwork. I tell her everything I have right now is recent. All she is focused on is my hashimoto's and that being why my ANA is positive, even though I have other blood work out of range that are lupus related. But to her it's "barely" high. So, what? We wait until it gets higher and I'm even more sick and in more pain Any time I try and speak with her she is YELLING over me. I said my primary sent me here because my blood work was indicative of lupus. She asked who he was and said he was an idiot without even knowing who. I love my doctor. He's very sweet and the fact he referred you and you want to speak ill of him? I've already called their office and let them know. Would not look at the photos I have taken FOR YEARS of my rash on my cheeks. I swiped to one photo and she throws her hands up and says "not on your nose not lupus." I have lots of other photos with it on my nose but she wouldn't look or listen. I ASKED her why she was being so mean and she just said "I'm not being mean" YES YOU WERE. I was literally crying in your office saying I've been sick for years and I can't do this anymore and 0 empathy. I have never met a more condescending human in my life. She asked if she could record the session because their system is "stupid." I gave her permission. How fast did you delete that? Id LOVE a copy and for it to go into my records. You are the most evil, cold hearted, condescending human I have ever met. As I said in the office, if you're having a bad day you don't bring that to your patients. You acted like I was a problem for you the moment you stepped through the door. I've never filed a complaint against anyone in my life but I'm taking this to the CA medical board and anyone else I can. If that's how you treat people, just retire and go away.

I generally don’t leave reviews, but this is very unsanitary and could lead to illness. I went in to get a TB test. The front office was wonderful, but the person administering the shot didn’t have any gloves on, she wasn’t going to prep the site with alcohol until I asked, and then didn’t cover the wound.

My first two years I had an excellent Dr who was easy to see. Sadly he retired.

now I've yet to have a Dr and have changed twice without having been seen by a permanent GM (THREE MONTHS WAIT TO BE SEEN BY A DR DUE TO BACK UP. UNACCEPTABLE... SHAMEFUL!).

I'm reduced to going to be seen by the walk in clinic.

If I could give zero stars I would.

New to the area I joined DOHC a few months ago. I chose Dr Renzo Corzano as my Primary and I am very pleased I did. Dr Corzano is a caring physician who listens to his patients. My only frustration is how long the referral/appointment process takes.
