Absolutely no respect for privacy. Their dressing rooms are ridiculous. Anyone walking by can see everything. I don't know who had the bright idea of putting those curtain rods and curtains up, but they don't shield anything. Very bad design. Some of the techs are nice, some are not. Some of the recommendations or rather lame. They're so-so but not the best.

Honestly, the woman who was collecting my insurance information was rude and was unable to answer my basic questions. I wish I had gotten her name but I just wanted to get out of there. She seemed agitated and made me very uncomfortable. She also didn’t seem to be aware of their policies either. She told me I couldn’t be billed and made me feel really bad about not having my insurance info yet (I have really new insurance so I have no numbers yet). I finally found out from the billing department that I could, in fact, be billed and they made it sound like the easiest thing in the world! I’m giving 2 stars because they at least did the test they were supposed to do. But that’s kind of it.
